In our last update, we reported on a new section of the Emporium reopening to guests with more open space and new flooring. In the areas that have reopened, crews are continuing to add more decorative elements to specific spots.

Archways in the recently reopened area have received additional detailing with moulding in the corners.

The decorative elements have been added to several of the archways throughout the area.

More corner moulding can be seen in this archway that leads to a display wall of merchandise.

It’s clear that crews are still working on adding details, as this archway has only one corner with the decorative moulding.

We also observed that the ropes connecting sections in the checkout lines have been removed. The photo on the left shows the checkout area without the ropes, compared to the photo on the right with the ropes still in place.

January marked the beginning of refurbishment work on the Emporium, with the first section being completed in March.

What do you think of the decorative elements being added to the refurbished areas of the Emporium? Let us know in the comments.
