Epic Universe previews have now been extended to Universal hotel guests, activated 2025 Military Freedom ticketholders, and Universal Rewards Visa Signature card members.

According to Universal Orlando, the preview period will “allow guests to experience Universal Epic Universe while we put the finishing touches on the park” ahead of its grand opening in May. Certain elements and attractions may not be operating during the previews, and guests are encouraged to check the Universal Orlando Resort app for the latest operational updates.
Guests staying at Universal Helios Grand Hotel will be able to enter Epic Universe through the dedicated hotel entrance starting at 10 a.m. on April 17 with valid theme park admission. Universal Hotel guests will also have the opportunity to enter Epic Universe up to one hour before regular guests from April 17 through May 8.
According to the posted information in the FAQ section of the website, guests staying at all Universal Orlando Hotels can purchase a Preview ticket to Epic Universe at the Universal Vacation Planning Center in the hotel lobby.
Activated 2025 Military Freedom Ticketholders can also purchase a Preview ticket, as well as Universal Rewards Visa Signature card members.
