Disney Cruise Line invited WDWNT to a preview of some of their new ship’s offerings before the Disney Destiny sets sail this November. Among the ship’s venues will be De Vil’s, a lounge inspired by Cruella de Vil from “One Hundred and One Dalmatians.”

Cast Costumes

Against a red curtain backdrop, a striking ensemble featuring a red vest and black shirt with a bowtie and pants is displayed on a mannequin, evoking the elegance of the Cruella De Vil Lounge aboard a luxurious cruise ship.

The Cast Member costumes include black pants and a pinstriped shirt under a bright red vest.

A mannequin showcases a black and red uniform with a name badge, set against a backdrop of elegant red curtains reminiscent of the Cruella De Vil Lounge on a Disney Destiny cruise ship.

The shirt is gunmetal gray with light pinstripes. The vest has a shiny finish and four red buttons.

A mannequin attired in a black pinstripe shirt and red vest with a "Taylor USA" name tag and a white and black spotted handkerchief, reminiscent of the Cruella De Vil Lounge, stands against a red curtain backdrop.

Tucked into the vest pocket is a white handkerchief with black spots.

Drinks

A bar counter, adorned with martinis and straw-decorated drinks, stands in the Cruella De Vil Lounge on the Disney Destiny Cruise Ship, set against a backdrop of red curtains and shelves. A tempting menu is displayed for this exciting first look experience.

De Vil’s will offer “trendy martinis, chic cocktails, and glamorous wines and bubblies.” The avant-garde selection of designer drinks is inspired by Disney characters and icons, and will feature garnishes complementing Creulla de Vil’s legacy. Two drinks include the Fashionista and the Fearless Sir Galahad.

Fashionista: Freeze-dried strawberry and banana-infused Patron Añejo Cristalino Tequila with banana liqueur, agave nectar, and fresh lime juice clarified with milk and chilled. Served with strawberry shortcake popcorn.

A glass teapot with steaming liquid sits on a polka dot coaster, set against a red textured surface reminiscent of Cruella De Vil Lounge, with blurred lights in the background creating an ambiance as enchanting as a Disney Destiny Cruise.

Fearless Sir Galahad: Free Spirits Non-alcoholic Bourbon, bourbon barrel-aged maple syrup, and Angostura bitters finished with aromatic smoke.

Decor

Though we didn’t visit the actual ship, we did get to see a pop-up of what the De Vil’s space will look like. Red and white sofas will be surrounded by vintage-style lamps and feathery decorations.

A white grand piano with black spots takes center stage at the Cruella De Vil Lounge, surrounded by large vases of black and white ostrich feathers. The backdrop features an elegant display of red, white, and black drapes.

A black and white spotted piano will sit in the center of the lounge, where a pianist will provide live music.

The Disney Destiny’s maiden voyage sets off from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale on November 20, 2025, followed by a season of inaugural sailings.
