A caboodle of new keychains has arrived at Walt Disney World, featuring “Star Wars” Lightsabers, plush characters, and more.
We found the new keychains at Creations Shop in EPCOT. It’s located in World Discovery, across from Connections Cafe & Eatery.
Mace Windu Lightsaber Keychain – $14.99
The first lightsaber resembles Mace Windu’s famous purple laser sword. The hilt is silver with black and gold accents.
The key ring and lobster claw clip are at the end of the hilt. A charm has “Mace Windu” on one side and “Star Wars” on the other.
A button on the hilt lights up the purple translucent blade.
Ahsoka Lightsabers Keychain Set – $24.99
This set includes two keychains for Ahsoka Tano’s two lightsabers. The curved silver hilts featuring diamond-shaped decorations are inspired by the lightsabers she wielded after the Battle of Yavin, as seen in the “Ahsoka” Disney+ series.
Though Ahsoka’s sabers are white, these illuminate blue. Ahsoka’s original lightsabers, which she wielded as a padawan, were green. Anakin Skywalker later replaced the kyber crystals to make them blue, like his own laser sword.
The charms on each keychain feature the “Ahsoka” series logo.
Character Coffee Mug Keychain Set – $24.99
This set includes five keychains, perfect for different accessories or for giving to a group of friends. Each charm is shaped like a coffee mug with a different one of the Fab Five pictured: Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Pluto, or Goofy. The keyrings and chains are gold-toned metal.
Retro Hotel Key-style Keychain Set – $24.99
This set also includes five keychains. They’re each a retro hotel-style diamond shape with lineart of Cinderella Castle, four-pointed stars, and “Have a magical day.” Each diamond has a different pastel background color: blue, pink, purple, yellow, or green. Like the mug set, the rings are gold-tone.
Simba Plush Keychain – $14.99
The new plush keychains include the King of Pride Rock, Simba. Depicted as a cub, Simba has an extra-large head in comparison to his small yellow body.
His facial features, including detailed eyes, are embroidered. He has soft ears sticking out of the sides of his head.
A felt tuft of fur is on top of his head, along with the plastic lobster claw clip.
Red Panda Mei Plush Keychain – $14.99
Mei from “Turning Red” has also been turned into a keychain. She’s in her red panda form, with embroidered eyes and eyebrows.
This plush has an orange lobster claw clip.
Pua Plush Keychain – $14.99
The last new plush is Pua, Moana’s pet pig. Pua is white with gray spots, including a large one over his right eye.
His embroidered features include the nostrils of his pink nose and a wide smile.
Pua has a beige plastic clip attached to the top of his head.
Keychains themed to “High School Musical” and “Hannah Montana” were also recently released at Walt Disney World.
