New breakfast items, salads, cold brews, and more will be available throughout Disneyland Resort beginning on April 30, 2025.
New Breakfast Food
At Maurice’s Treats in Disneyland will be the Breakfast Cheesy Pretzel Bread: cheesy garlic pretzel bread with scrambled eggs and sausage.
Bengal Barbecue will serve the Bengal Breakfast Bowl: white rice, scrambled eggs, fried spiced ham, gravy, and chile oil.
Over in Disney California Adventure, the Cappuccino Cart will have the Carne Asada Breakfast Burrito: marinated steak, scrambled eggs, Monterey jack, and potato bites.
Shawarma Palace in Avengers Campus will offer the new Denver Breakfast Shawarma: scrambled eggs, potatoes, ham, cheddar cheese, and bell peppers served with spicy ketchup.
New Salads
The Steak Salad at Harbour Galley is roasted tri-tip, blistered broccolini, haricots verts, pickled fennel, sweet peppers, and red wine vinaigrette.
Joining the new Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree sipper is the Barbecue Salad: chopped brisket, romaine and kale mixed greens, cucumber, carrots, corn rib, and chile-lime vinaigrette.
Red Rose Taverne will serve the Chicken Niçoise Salad: mixed greens, grilled chicken, hard-boiled eggs, green beans, cherry tomatoes, olive tapenade, and potato chips served with honey mustard dressing.
Edelweiss Snacks will have their own Chicken Nicoise Shaker Salad with all the same ingredients as the Red Rose Taverne version.
At Royal Street Veranda will be the Strawberry Pecan Salad: romaine and kale mixed greens, fennel, strawberries, candied pecans, and strawberry vinaigrette. This salad is fully plant-based.
Paradise Garden Grill in Disney California Adventure will have the Achiote Chicken Salad: achiote-marinated chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, roasted corn, black beans, tomatoes, crispy tortilla chips, and cotija cheese tossed in a spicy Caesar dressing
In Cars Land, fuel up with the Race Day Salad from Flo’s V8 Cafe. This is fresh romaine lettuce topped with golden crispy chicken, crisp snap peas, shaved carrot, zesty ranch dressing, shredded parmesan, and chopped bacon
New Cold Brews



Three new cold brews will be available at Disneyland and Disney California Adventure:
- Strawberries & Cream Cold Brew at Aunt Cass Café: Vanilla cream cold brew topped with a strawberry cold foam
- Cold Brew at Tiana’s Palace: Beignet-flavored cold brew (Also available with a cream topper)
- Banoffee Pie Cold Brew at Cappuccino Cart: Butterscotch cold brew topped with banana cold foam and garnished with cocoa shavings
Other new items are also coming to Aunt Cass Café and Cocina Cucamonga Mexican Grill in San Fransokyo Square at Disney California Adventure.
Aunt Cass Café

Aunt Cass Café is getting a Peaches and Cream Bread Pudding. This is peach pie topping, whipped topping, crème anglaise, and streusel.

A Bacon Cheddar Ale Soup is also coming to Aunt Cass Café. The cheddar ale cream soup with bacon will be served in a sourdough bread bowl.
Cocina Cucamonga Mexican Grill

An Ube Cake Flan will be available at Cocina Cucamonga Mexican Grill. This dish will be made of ube cake and vanilla flan.

Cocina Cucamonga Mexican Grill will also have a non-alcoholic Cucumber-Chia Agua Fresca.

The Cucumber-chia lime agua fresca will also be available with tequila, called the Cool as a Cucumber Cocktail.

Lastly, Cocina Cucamonga Mexican Grill will have a new Jalapeño Passion Fruit Margarita.
These offerings will join other new beverages coming to Disneyland Resort on April 30, including a Country Bears mason jar sipper.
