The newly redesigned Alien Swirling Saucers replicas are now available at Walt Disney World. We found these at the Emporium on Main Street, U.S.A.
Alien Swirling Saucers

The Alien Swirling Saucers attraction in Toy Story Land takes riders on an intergalactic whip-style ride, where guests are seated in the rocket ship car and pulled by the Little Green Men in their flying saucers set to futuristic music and sound effects made by the aliens. These Alien Swirling Saucer replica toys each feature an alien riding in a flying saucer, pulling the rocket ship vehicle where the riders are seated behind them with “the Claw.” These replica toys appear in colorways available on the attraction itself. Each item is $12.99.
Yellow Flying Saucer

This colorway features a yellow flying saucer with green piping, and a green rocket ship with purple and yellow accents. The pizza slice rocket ship decal on the side of the ride vehicle is a nod to “Pizza Planet,” the place where viewers of “Toy Story” first meet the Little Green Men. Wheels peek out from the bottom of the saucer and the rocket ship.

Blue Flying Saucer

This colorway starts with a royal blue flying saucer with orange piping, following by an orange rocket ship with red and yellow accents. The design also features the pizza slice rocket ship decal, and wheels peek out from the bottom of the saucer and the rocket ship.

Red Flying Saucer

This colorway rounds out the collection with a red flying saucer with purple piping, and a purple rocket ship with yellow and red accents. The design also features the pizza slice rocket ship decal, and wheels peek out from the bottom of the saucer and the rocket ship.

We first shared the news of these replica ride vehicle toys back in 2018. The colorways in the updated collection are the same, as these are combinations that appear on the actual attraction, but the new designs are generally more polished than the previous collection. The flying saucers are not as glossy as they once were, the finish appearing more matte. The greatest difference is that our alien friends appear to have received a makeover, and are a more muted lime, at least in comparison to the previous neon green, as shown in the older photo below.
