Along with the hundreds of new merchandise items released at Epic Universe, the park has debuted a new souvenir popcorn bucket and popcorn box in Celestial Park.
Epic Universe Celestial Popcorn Kiosk
We found both the new bucket and box at the Celestial Popcorn kiosk in Celestial Park. It is located to the left of the Super Nintendo World portal.
We expect Epic Universe to get some specialty popcorn buckets, such as the Mario Kart Popcorn Bucket previously seen at Super Nintendo World in Universal Studios Hollywood. However, this bucket and matching box follow the more general popcorn style seen at locations around Universal Orlando Resort.
The price of both the souvenir popcorn bucket and popcorn box match the prices for the standard shapes seen at other locations around the resort. The souvenir bucket can be refilled for the usual $2.19 price, while the box is a regular single serving.
Souvenir Popcorn Bucket – $12.99 (Refill $2.19)
The Epic Universe popcorn bucket is mostly clear plastic with the gold and black park logo placed in the middle. The logo is framed by a golden border with crescent moons and stars.
The pattern on the rest of the bucket is a series of dark blue circles with yellow lines attached to shooting stars.
The bucket comes with a golden plastic lid and a matching carry handle. The lid is removed to place popcorn inside the bucket.
Popcorn Box – $5.69
For guests only wanting a single serving of popcorn, the kiosk also offers a regular popcorn box. The box has the same black and gold Epic Universe logo with its astrology-themed frame.
The bucket is mostly dark blue, with the same gold circle and shotting star pattern as the bucket. The top flaps have more of the crescent moon phases and stars.
Team Members at the Celestial Popcorn kiosk also confirmed that the rules for the souvenir bucket refills apply at Epic Universe just like the other Universal Orlando Resort parks. The Epic Universe bucket can be used at both Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure for refills. Likewise, buckets purchased at either of the other parks can be refilled in Epic Universe for the standard price.
