Select rooms at the Disney Ambassador Hotel in Tokyo Disney Resort have been decked out with decor for Donald’s Quacky Duck! Duck! Duck City!
Donald’s Quacky Duck City Room Tour – Disney Ambassador Hotel

The decorated rooms are marked with porthole-shaped plaques on their doors.

The plaques feature Donald wearing a crown, waves, and “King of the Stars” around the room number.

Though there are special Donald Duck decorations, for the most part this is a standard hotel room. All the furnishings, carpet, and wallpaper are permanent.

By the door is a wardrobe with a pair of sliding doors and an automatic light. Inside is a step stool, luggage rack, extra bedding, and hangers.

The safe is built into the wall inside the closet.

There are complimentary adult and youth slippers available. The white adult slippers feature Mickey Mouse wearing a director’s hat. The youth slippers are blue with a pattern of Mickey, Minnie, palm trees, and an “A” logo.

Across from the wardrobe is the bathroom, also with a sliding door. It has white tile with a blue border.

The wallpaper is white and blue with a bubble-like pattern. A silver-framed mirror featuring Mickey icons in the corners is above the vanity.

On the vanity are various free gifts exclusive to the Disney Ambassador Hotel.

Guests can enjoy amenity kits featuring Mickey & Friends. Toothbrushes come in adult and youth sizes.

There are also free plastic cups featuring Mickey with a vintage camera.

One drawer below the counter holds a hair dryer.

A hairbrush and skincare are in the other drawer. There’s a trash can below the vanity.

Tokyo Disney Resort hotel also have this rolling cart for extra storage. Disney Ambassador Hotel towels feature the hotel’s “A” logo.

The toilet room door has an opaque window with images of the brooms from “Fantasia.” The tiles and wallpaper continue into the toilet room.

The toilet includes a built-in bidet.

On the opposite side of the bathroom is the shower room. As is standard in Japan, the entire room is the shower, so there is no curtain and there is a drain on the floor by the tub.

This room has light beige tiles with blue accents around a white tub.

There are more towels on racks above the tub.

It has a detachable shower head, stool, bowl, railing, and built-in soap dish.
Now into the bedroom, where Donald reigns supreme. The room’s retro-style carpet is bold shades of blue with red and green shapes.
For this special occasion, the bedspreads feature images of Donald and there’s a golden Donald headboard. There are mounted lamps above the headboard.
A sculpted image of Donald is in the center of the headband, raising his finger in a #1. He wears a crown topped with duck feet.
Around him are crowds of his adoring rubber duck fans.
There are confetti and star accents.
The tops of the bedspreads are yellow and orange with images of Donald in different roles around the text “Super Duck.” This one features Donald as a singer, dancer, and artist.
The other bed sees the duck as a chef, macho man, and movie star.
The skirt of the bedding is blue with an all-over pattern of Donald’s profile wearing his crown.
Artwork on the wall to the sides of the beds depicts Donald and all his friends. The gang is all wearing blue and white sailor-inspired outfits. Donald is on Pete’s shoulders. Cinderella Castle is in the background.

The room’s wallpaper is shades of beige with an art deco pattern featuring Mickey and Minnie’s faces. Around the top of the walls is a film strip featuring the couple in different poses.
Another vanity is across from the beds. This is an extension of the wardrobe unit and is light wood.

Above the vanity is an oval-shaped mirror with Sorcerer Mickey and magic sparkles etched in the glass. It’s framed by two lamps.
This is where guests will find complimentary Disney Ambassador Hotel reusable shopping bags.
At this vanity is a stool with a diamond-patterned cushion and criss-crossed legs reminiscent of a folding director’s chair.

At the end of the unit are shelves. Here are glasses, coffee cups, an ice bucket, and a tea kettle. The wood block between the vanity and shelves doesn’t have a function, though it looks like it could be a cabinet.

Below the shelves is a cabinet housing coffee supplies and a mini-fridge stocked with water bottles.
Next is the TV and dresser unit. There are three textured drawers with round handles below the TV.
Above the TV is a dimensional display of Donald’s trophies in front of a Donald’s Quacky Duck! Duck! Duck City!” background. Donald-inspired bunting is below the display.
The trophies are made of flat pieces but they’re layered to have a three-dimensional, comic-inspired style. Two are for Best Artist and Best Muscles.
The other two trophies dub Donald the Best Singer and Best Chef. The trophy designs and bunting are from last year’s version of the celebration.
The background features the celebration’s wordmark with blue rays and rubber ducks.
The couch is always blue and gold, but the colors are extra appropriate for this celebration of all things Donald. It has a swirl pattern and two rubber duck throw pillows.

One pillow features a white duck in a king’s crown. On the other side is a blue comic-style speech bubble saying “Super Duck.”

The other pillow reads “Great Duck.” On the reverse is a yellow duck in a pink party hat.
Above the couch is vintage-style artwork of King Donald in a crown and cape. “King of the Stars” is printed below him.
There are four Donald’s Quacky Duck! Duck! Duck City! postcards, in addition to standard Disney Ambassador Hotel postcards in the end table. Two of these are poster-style images of Donald at his different jobs. The other two are shaped like rubber ducks.
They feature rubber duck motifs and the Disney Ambassador Hotel wordmark on the back.
You’ll find the postcards on the round dining table in front of the window. There are two diamond-patterned chairs.
