Popcorn Wagons
Garlic-Scallop & Butter Popcorn – ¥400

You can absolutely taste the garlic, scallop, and butter flavor on this popcorn. It is delicious and extremely salty, just as you would want your popcorn to be. We would definitely get this again.
Rating out of 7: 7
Zambini Brothers’ Ristorante

Sparkling Drink (Pineapple & Coconut) – ¥700

Although the taste is slightly artificial, it reminds us of a coconut candy. It is sweet with the pineapple and coconut flavors, but overall, it is a nice tropical drink. We wouldn’t go out of our way to get it, but the drink is a nice option for kids.
Rating out of 7: 4
Chicken Tenders with Yogurt & Olive Dip – ¥650

The chicken tenders were excellent. They were fresh, salty, and tender as they should be. The sauce felt thematic for the Italian restaurant. The flavors of olive and yogurt came through for a great taste.
Rating out of 7: 6
Food Truck (Blue)
Gnocchi Gratin (Chorizo, Mushrooms, Pistachio) – ¥700

There was a ton of cheese; however, the quality was that of a microwaved pizza. The gnocchi, on the other hand, was fantastic with a mushroom cream-like sauce. The chorizo also had a spicy kick on the back end of the bite. Aside from the cheese, this was a solid dish.
Rating out of 7: 5
Food Truck (Red)

White Fruit Wine (Apple & Peach) – ¥880

These were gross last year, and they are still gross this year. The white wine tasted very cheap and bitter. There was no apple flavor, and the peach wasn’t good, either.
Rating out of 7: 0
Red Fruit Wine (Apple & Peach) – ¥880

The red wine option here was slightly better, but still bitter. The Red Food Truck wines are just not good.
Rating out of 7: 1
Iced Tea with Lemon & Peach – ¥800

This is a refreshing lemon-forward drink with flavors of peach. Lemonade lovers will really like this.
Rating out of 7: 3
Refrescos

Wine Tasting Set – ¥1,000

The Italian red wine was a nice drinkable option, and the Portuguese white wine was very crisp and refreshing.
Rating out of 7: No Rating
Sparkling Cocktail (Sherry, Strawberry, Elderflower Syrup) – ¥780

This was a delightful drink. The elderflower is the dominant flavor, but overall, the sparkling drink was very refreshing, especially for a warm day.
Rating out of 7: 5
Nautilus Galley
Sparkling Cocktail (Whiskey & Citrus) – ¥880

The cocktail is served in a nice, reusable cup. There was a watermelon flavor on the back-end, and the whiskey flavor was nice. Overall, this was a solid and refreshing cocktail.
Rating out of 7: 5
Dockside Diner

S’more Style Orange Milk Bread with Nuts- ¥700

Served warm with rich chocolate and orange bread, this is a very creative dish that tastes ridiculously good. However, it was very doughy (not a bad thing), and hard to eat with the provided cookie spoon. We had to use a knife to cut through the bread.
Rating out of 7: 6
Roasted Falafel & Hummus Dip (Vegan) – ¥700

The hummus has a peppery kick, and the falafel is a solid item that is available with other dishes around the resort. Overall, a tasty dish for the value.
Rating out of 7: 5
Sparkling Cocktail (Vodka & Pineapple) – ¥780

This is a very simple drink. It tastes like vodka and pineapple juice, as described. It is sweet and tart with a slight vodka taste. Nothing special, but it is enjoyable.
Rating out of 7: 4
Grape Jelly & Mousse – ¥550

This is a dessert made with grape jelly, grape mousse, and grape-shaped whipped cream. It tastes like artificial grape soda, but there is also a perfect combination of the tartness from the jelly and sweetness from the mousse. Overall, this felt like childhood and was delicious.
Rating out of 7: 7
Muscat Mousse Cake – ¥550

Along with the beautiful presentation, this was a fantastic dish with a tart and citrus flavor.
Rating out of 7: 7
New York Deli
Monterey Jack Cheese Fondue Style – ¥600

This is broccoli topped with cheese sauce made with white wine, anchovies, and Monterey Jack cheese. While there is more broccoli than cheese, this is a very tasty dish. The cheese is melted nicely, and the broccoli is cooked perfectly. The crostini was also a nice addition.
Rating out of 7: 6
Bloody Mary – ¥880

There was a smoky, vinegar-like flavor that overpowered this drink as a whole. We could not really decipher any other flavors. For that reason, we would definitely not get this again.
Rating out of 7: 1
Hudson River Harvest

Spicy Sausage & Bread Cup – ¥700

The sausage was actually very spicy, very juicy, and had a nice snap to it. There was also a BBQ sauce included in the dish along with fruit, layered bread, and granola. All of the ingredients together made for a very complex but delicious dish. This one surprised us.
Rating out of 7: 7
Whiskey Cocktail (Peach & Butterfly Pea) – ¥880

This was a very floral and sweet drink. While the real fruit pieces were nice, the drink was a little too sweet to be truly refreshing. Some may really enjoy this.
Rating out of 7: 4
Barnacle Bill’s
Baked Open Mackerel Sandwich – ¥700

The sandwich is topped with purple cabbage, balsamic-flavored small onions, kabayaki sauce, and cheese. There is good mackerel at Tokyo Disney Resort; however, this was vile. The fish flavor was way too strong, and the cheese did not need to be included.
Rating out of 7: 1
Beer Cocktail (Passion Fruit, Almond Syrup, Sichuan Green Peppercorn) – ¥780
This cocktail was slightly bitter. The almond syrup shows up a little, and the green peppercorn gives a nice spiced flavor. The passion threw us off. Overall, this was just not great.
Rating out of 7: 4
Horizon Bay Restaurant

Canapes (Smoked Chicken Mousse, Cheese) – ¥800

There are two types of canapes, one topped with smoked chicken mousse and the other with fresh cheese. Both are flavored with garlic and herbs. Overall, this was just okay. With the wine pairing and Mickey presentation, we can give it a three.
Rating out of 7: 3
Seafood Ajillo – ¥800

Mussels, scallops, and shrimp are served with the ajillo. This was a very peppery dish. There was nothing special about the broth, but the shrimp and other seafood were very flavorful. Seafood lovers will really enjoy this.
Rating out of 7: 6
Wine Set – $1,200

This set includes white wine from Romania and Red Wine from Australia. The white wine was very sweet and acidic. The red wine pairs well with the canapes, so it was a nice combo.

Sebastian’s Calypso Kitchen

Donut (Strawberry or Chocolate) -¥650

Both of these donuts were delicious. The toppings are slightly salty, doughy, and chewy in the best way, and have just the right amount of sweetness. The chocolate one is even better than the strawberry version.
Rating out of 7: 7
Sparkling Cocktail (Vodka & Pineapple) – ¥780

Although the taste is slightly artificial, it reminds us of a coconut candy. It is sweet with the pineapple and coconut flavors, but overall, it is a nice tropical drink. We wouldn’t go out of our way to get it, but the drink is a nice option for kids.
Rating out of 7: 4
Sparkling Wine from Chile – ¥1,500

This has a champagne flavor, is bitter on the backend, and is very dry, with not much sweetness.
Rating out of 7: No Rating
Casbah Food Court

Tandoori Chicken with Cheese Sauce – ¥650

These are served with potatoes. The cheese sauce reminded us of Cheese Whiz, and it was not good. The Tandoori chicken is good, but you would be better off ordering it from the standard menu with some curry or spicy harissa sauce.
Rating out of 7: 2
Special Lassi (Butterfly Pea & Lemon) – ¥700

The lassi drinks are typically very good. This one has added floral notes and the tartness of lemon. Depending on your preferences, this may be better or worse than a standard lassi.
Rating out of 7: 5
Yucatan Base Camp Grill

Fried Shrimp & Salsa – ¥650

Garlic-flavored fried shrimp is served with lime-flavored salsa and avocado tortilla chips. This comes with four better-than-average shrimp pieces, chips, and salsa. The salsa is incredibly spicy and flavorful. The chips have a lime flavor. Overall, a great dish for what it is.
Rating out of 7: 6
Sparkling Cocktail (Pisco & Tropical Fruit Syrup) – ¥880

This was the best cocktail we had up to this point. It was a fairly good tiki-style drink, but it was carbonated to differentiate it from others. The tropical flavors mix well with the alcohol flavors. Definitely well-balanced and tasty.
Rating out of 7: 6
Lost River Cookhouse
Kiwi Mojito – ¥780

This was also a top contender for the best drink at the festival. It was not overly tart or sour despite being kiwi, and was very light and refreshing. It reminded us of a kiwi-flavored seltzer with alcohol.
Rating out of 7: 6
Gondolier Snacks

Iced Cafe Latte Cocktail (Amaretto & Almond) – ¥780

This drink comes with a biscotti, which is a new addition to this year’s festival. The cookie was a very nice addition. The drink was good, but not life-changing or worth waiting in line for.
Rating out of 7: 4
Special Soft Drink (Strawberry Milk) – ¥700

This is simply frozen strawberry milk with chunks of strawberry. Not bad, but it was nothing special.
Rating out of 7: 2
Baumkuchen with Tiramisu Topping – ¥750

Unfortunately, the Baumkuchen was a little dry and dense. The Tiramisu topping was nice with the coffee dusting, but overall, this was just a disappointing take on a Baumkuchen dish.
Rating out of 7: 3
The Teddy Roosevelt Lounge (Terrace Seating)

Assorted Snacks – ¥600

This set comes with cashew nuts, cheese croutons, dried mango, and corn chips. Overall, this was nothing special and was just okay.
Rating out of 7: 4
Sparkling Berry Tea – ¥750

This was very sweet from the berry, but also had a slight bitter taste. Refreshing, but again, nothing special.
Rating out of 7: 4
Sparkling Wine from Chile – ¥1,500

While marketed as the same offering at Sebastian’s Calypso Kitchen, this wine was slightly different. This one was less bitter and dry.
Rating out of 7: 6
The Teddy Roosevelt Lounge
Steamed Sea Bass with Seaweed Butter Sauce – ¥1,500

This is served with yuzu, ume paste, and fried lily root. This was a large piece of flaky fish with a light, citrus flavor at the end. Overall, well-cooked with a nice flavor. We just wish it had come out a little warmer.
Rating out of 7: 4
Vulcania Restaurant
Spicy Chicken Wing Dumplings – ¥800

The chicken dumplings are topped with a homemade spice mix. They are served with mashed potatoes and black sesame sauce. The dumplings seem to be made of pork gyoza. The chicken acts as the dough wrapped around the gyoza. This was something that we had never had before. That being said, we wish this had been a little spicier and the potatoes a little more flavorful.
Rating out of 7: 6
Shrimp & Smoky Mayonnaise Sauce – ¥800

This was exactly as described: shrimp and smoky mayonnaise. They are okay, but are served with way too much mayonnaise.
Rating out of 7: 3
Restaurant Sakura Terrace
Braised Pork Belly with Apple Mustard Sauce – ¥650

This is served with a side of mashed potatoes. This was a nice sized serving for the price, the pork is tender and juicy, and the entire dish is very well made. The apple mustard sauce had a slightly sweet flavor with a touch of peppery spice. Overall, a nice, savory snack.
Rating out of 7: 5
Sake Cocktail (Apple & Vanilla) – ¥880

This was a solid drink option. We would consider this middle of the pack for the Food and Wine drink offerings. The Sake flavor is there, but there is a vanilla-forward flavor, as well. The floating toppers were not good.
Rating out of 7: 4
Liberty Landing Diner
Candied Sweet Potato Sundae – ¥800

This was really good. The candied sweet potato, cereal pieces, ice cream, and caramel drizzle all work together for a great dish with great value.
Rating out of 7: 7
Cafe Portofino

Antipasto Misto (Prosciutto, Beef Mousse, Arancino) – ¥800

This plate of appetizers includes salty prosciutto, beef mousse accented with orange, and warm croquettes filled with truffle-flavored risotto. The beef mousse was bitter and tasted like liquified beef. It was not good at all. The arancino was super salty – almost like wet rice with salt and bread crumbs. The prosciutto was okay, but it was the only decent thing on the dish.
Rating out of 7: 1
Sparkling Wine Set – ¥1,200

We picked up the wine set as part of the tasting selection with the Antipasto Misto. The red wine was not good, and the white was just okay.
Rating out of 7: 1
Iced Coffee with Lemon – ¥700

This drink was full of lemon flavor, which was not necessarily a good thing. We did not enjoy this. The lemon is supposed to cut the bitter coffee taste, but instead, it adds a strong flavor to the coffee.
