Tokyo Disneyland has several new menu items available across the park for the 2025 version of Donald’s Quacky Duck! Duck! Duck City! We tried everything from sandwiches to pasta to fruity drinks.
Donald’s Quacky Duck! Duck! Duck City! at Tokyo Disneyland
Tomorrowland Terrace
At Tomorrowland Terrace, guests can get some Donald-themed desserts and food souvenirs.
Blue Jelly & Mango Mousse – ¥550
Blue Jelly & Mango Mousse with Souvenir Mug – ¥1,200
The dessert is white, yellow, and blue, with a chocolate piece of Donald’s sailor hat on top. It’s adorable-looking and excellent-tasting. The blue jelly at the bottom tastes like Ramune. There’s a tang and tartness from the mango, and the mousse is creamy. The flavors are very tropical.

The white mug features Donald in his royal crown and cape. Rubber ducks surround him, and the event logo is on the reverse side.
Lemon Cream Cake – ¥550
Lemon Cream Cake with Souvenir Plate – ¥1,200
The blue jelly on top of the cake appears to be the same Ramune jelly from the other dessert. This is a moist lemon sponge cake with layers of lemon cream and raspberry jam. It also feels tropical and is quite light and refreshing.

The plate matches the mug, with various rubber ducks on the border and the white King Duck in the center.
Gummies & Mini Snack Case – ¥1,300
These gummies come with a rubber duck-shaped snack case resembling the white King Duck. It includes a blue strap patterned with streamers, confetti, and Donald’s hat.
Souvenir Lunch Case – ¥1,300
Special Food Voucher and Souvenir Lunch Case – ¥3,300

The souvenir lunch case is blue and yellow. Donald is pictured on one side surrounded by iconography like his hat, a trophy, and confetti. On the other side are rows of rubber ducks. It has a zip closure and a yellow strap.
The lunch case must be purchased with another menu item or with a food voucher set that includes four ¥500 vouchers.
Souvenir Bottle – ¥1,300

This is a transparent bottle featuring images of King Donald, Cinderella Castle, and the rubber ducks. It has a blue cap.
Rackety’s Raccoon Saloon & Royal Street Veranda
Special Donut – ¥450
This Donald-inspired donut comes in Donald Duck packaging.
It’s decorated with white and blue icing, yellow popping chocolates, and a red chocolate bowtie.
It’s like a series of chewy donut holes. The dough is sweet and soft. The popping chocolates are fun. The icing has a lemon flavor and is just the right amount of sweet.

Troubadour Tavern
Grapefruit Smoothie (Milk Pudding) – ¥700
The souvenir bottle can also be purchased with this smoothie, which is grapefruit and milk pudding with yellow mango and passionfruit jelly. It’s topped with a red chocolate bowtie.
It has a cute presentation, but we much prefer one of the Tomorrowland Terrace treats. The combination of grapefruit, plain milk pudding, and mango is weird and bad.

Captain Hook’s Galley
Sparkling Drink (Tropical Fruits) – ¥780
This drink is available at multiple locations. Cast Members recommended we stir it. The marshmallow duck on top is cute and has a sweet coating.

These sparkling drinks are usually good. This one has a refreshing combination of pineapple and orange flavors. It’s a sweet sparkling juice with a nice presentation.

Eastside Cafe
Special Set – ¥2,800
This special set starts with an adorable appetizer plate of items representing Goofy, Mickey, and Donald. Goofy is salmon wrapped around fava beans and a multigrain salad. It’s one bite and very pleasant. The salmon is smoky and fresh.
Mickey is a rusk with scallop tartare and a lot of grated parmesan cheese. It’s good and not fishy.
The Donald appetizer is finely chopped cauliflower with a bit of crunch. It has a lot of mayo and chives. It’s pleasant.
Rating out of 7: 6
The main course is a bowl of spaghetti, shrimp, edamame, and lemon cream sauce. It’s so creamy and cheesy. The spaghetti is cooked well, as is the shrimp. The edamame is more of an aesthetic addition. Overall, we think it’s a heavy dish.

Camp Woodchuck Kitchen
Special Set – ¥1,500
We don’t know why this set comes with French fries. They’re good, but the main dish of chilled noodles is about a pound, and we don’t feel like you’ll need anything else to fill you up. It also includes a drink.
This dish has a spring roll, shrimp, egg, cheese, and chilled noodles in a salty yuzu soup. For counter service, the shrimp is okay. The egg roll was excellent. It was warm with a crispy exterior. The noodles are cooked perfectly, and the egg is good.

Huey, Dewey, and Louie’s Good Time Café
Omelette Roll (Pudding & Pineapple) – ¥700

This has layers of raspberry granules, a chocolate bowtie, pineapple, maybe mango, some kind of egg patty or cream, a pancake-like layer, and a yellow bun. It’s weird but phenomenal. There’s nothing to dislike.

Special Set – ¥980

This is a fried fish sandwich with a yellow bao bun topped with cheese and lettuce. It comes with a choice of soft drink. These sandwiches have come a long way from making us sick just by looking at them. The bread tastes like normal soft white bread. The fried fish cutlet is good. The cheese is real cheddar, and the lettuce is fresh.

Refreshment Corner
Special Set – ¥1,240
This is the worst of the new Donald’s Quacky Duck! Duck! Duck City! items. Tokyo Disney Resort hot dogs are terrible. They’re like breakfast sausage links, and this one is no exception.
It’s topped with sweet corn, thick mayo, and basic cheese. The bun is fine, and the curry is actually pretty good, providing a bit of a kick. But that’s not enough to save the dish. At least it comes with our favorite French fries.

Plaza Pavilion Restaurant
Each special set at Plaza Pavilion Restaurant includes a soft drink, but you can add the tropical sparkling drink. At Plaza Pavilion, the drink includes one of four mystery coasters.
Duck Dive Pasta Set – ¥2,180
This dish was upgraded since last year. It has nice, fresh grilled vegetables. The pasta is perfect, and the carbonara sauce is rich and creamy. There’s a saltiness and smokiness from bacon. The hot egg is off-putting, but it’s overall fantastic.
Rating out of 7: 7
The pasta set comes with this dessert of vanilla mousse, lemon cream, mango, and a Donald chocolate piece. It’s also great. The mango is real and delicious. The gelatin has a refreshing pineapple flavor. The vanilla mousse is creamy and perfect.
Rating out of 7: 7
Donald’s Wacky Classic Set – ¥2,480
The main element of this set is the sandwich. It’s topped with scrambled egg and fried cheese for a delicious combination. It’s a nice rye bread. The ham is a little fatty and chewy, otherwise, this would be a 7.
Rating out of 7: 5
It includes probably a few more sides than necessary. The sausage on a bone is not actually how the sausage comes from the animal. It’s a strange addition with a ham sandwich, but it’s better than the hot dog. It’s salty with a nice texture.
The minestrone soup is disgusting. It tastes like a cup of water with tomato chunks thrown in.
The shrimp salad is nice. It could be a full plate salad. It includes onion, carrot, and Thousand Island dressing. The lettuce is fresh, and the shrimp is perfect.
Lastly, the thin shoestring fries are just okay.
Overall Rating out of 7: 4
Placemat
The souvenir placemat comes with the purchase of either special set at Plaza Pavilion Restaurant. It’s yellow with dozens of rubber ducks across the bottom and “King of the Stars” at the top.
Center Street Coffee House
Special Dessert Set – ¥2,280
This dessert set is only available from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. It includes a pineapple tart, lemon cake, rubber duck marshmallow, Daisy Duck verrine, and iced mocha. The plate is sprinkled with blue popping chocolate.
The pineapple tart is, well, very tart. It has big chunks of pineapple, but the lemon cream on top is worse. It’s just too tart.
The lemon cake topped with a Donald-shaped chocolate is tremendous. We wish it were bigger. Think of the most incredible lemon pound cake, and you’ll be close to what this tastes like. It has just a bit of sweet icing and whipped cream. The cake is moist and delicate.
The Daisy Duck-inspired verrine is milk pudding, butterfly pea jelly, and mango. The floral notes against the mango are surprisingly excellent. It’s nice and creamy from the whipped cream layer. It’s a great dessert.
The drink is essentially black coffee with coffee-flavored jelly. It’s not bad, but you do need to like black coffee.
This is a much better dessert plate than last year, with two excellent options, a solid coffee, and an unfortunately tart tart.
Rating out of 7: 5
Sparkling Cocktail Float (Rum & Tropical Fruit) – ¥980
The menu doesn’t say what tropical fruits are in this, but the giant chunk of pineapple on top gives it away. Unfortunately, it’s even more tart than the aforementioned tart. The lemon sorbet on top is the best part, but it doesn’t help balance the bitterness.

Sweetheart Cafe
Special Set – ¥1,080

Sweetheart Cafe is offering one of their most normal sandwiches ever. The bread isn’t even a weird color — it’s a potato roll that’s already yellow-ish.
Inside the sandwich are four nice-sized shrimp, sweet chili mayonnaise, and toasted breadcrumbs. There’s a slight kick from the sweet chili, but we wish it were spicier. The shrimp is good, the bread is fresh. For Sweetheart Cafe, this is a spectacular sandwich with a good flavor.
