For Universal Fan Fest Nights, Universal Studios Hollywood has introduced Yoshi-themed dishes available at Toadstool Cafe in Super Nintendo World.
Yoshi’s Fettucine Alfredo – $16.99
Pesto alfredo sauce, grilled chicken, broccoli, and mushrooms topped with egg shaped bread.
The egg shaped bread is very cute and tastes like an Olive Garden breadstick with pesto on top. The chicken was not bad, and although hard to eat with the wooden fork, the pasta and broccoli are cooked just right. The cheese sauce was not overpowering and had a rich cheese taste. With all other unique Fan Fest items, this is not a must get. However, it is a solid quick service Italian dish.

Yoshi’s Smoothie – $13.00
Green apple and honeydew melon, with a touch of milk for creaminess. Topped with whipped cream, honeydew melon syrup and mint sprig.
This was a very weigh-heavy drink. It is definitely a good value and shareable. The melon flavor resembles melon Fanta, and the apple flavor is present throughout without being overpowering. The smoothie is refreshing, tart, and sweet with a light milk presence. The whipped cream on top is standard, but tastes great with the added melon topping.

Super Nintendo World will also celebrate Yoshi with the debut of a Yoshi meet and greet, a Yoshi egg hunt, “drone moments,” and new Yoshi merchandise.
Other featured fandoms at Universal Fan Fest Nights include Star Trek, Dungeons & Dragons, One Piece, Jujutsu Kaisen, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Super Nintendo World, and Wicked. During the actual after-hours Universal Fan Fest Nights, guests get the opportunity to step into Hill Valley at Courthouse Square and meet characters.
