Universal Orlando Resort launched new official Instagram and Facebook pages for Annual Passholders, and will deactivate the UOAP Facebook Group.

New UOAP Pages

Exciting news for our Annual Passholders! We're launching a new Instagram Page alongside our Facebook page to share important updates and fun from Universal Orlando. Please note, the current Facebook Group will be deactivated soon. Join us on this fresh journey!.

Universal launched the new pages due to platform policy changes for Facebook Groups. Until now, a Facebook Group has been the hub of UOAP news as well as a space for Passholders to interact with each other. Universal posted the above notice in the Facebook Group on Monday morning stating it would be deactivated in the “near future.”

The new Facebook Page URL is facebook.com/UOAnnualPassholders, while the Instagram username is @uoannualpassholders. The first post on both pages is an announcement video saying the pages will share details of news, exclusive perks, special giveaways, passholder deals, and upcoming events. It’s “your place to stay connected and celebrate all things #UOAP.”

Universal Orlando Annual Passholders can also review their current benefits on the Passholder homepage of the Universal Orlando Resort website. This year, Passholders can enjoy an exclusive entrance to Universal Islands of Adventure from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. every day. Passholders can purchase discounted multi-day tickets online. Seasonal Passholders got a discount increase from 10% to 15% on multi-day tickets.

Bonus benefits offered earlier this year included a special UOAP lanyard featuring Epic Universe. Universal offers Passholders complimentary magnets or buttons during seasonal events. There is exclusive UOAP merchandise and a UOAP Lounge in Toon Lagoon at Universal Islands of Adventure.

UOAP tiers from lowest to highest are the Seasonal Pass, Power Pass, Preferred Pass, and Premier Pass. Benefits include merchandise discounts, free or discounted parking, early park admission, and more.

What do you think of the new UOAP pages and the closing of the Facebook Group? Let us know on social media.
