Magic Kingdom

• Walt Disney World has removed all details regarding booking The Beak and Barrel, which was supposed to operate during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.
• A refurbishment has begun on the forecourt stage of Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom, forcing performances of “Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire” to pause.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

• Disney Parks has uploaded a new video to their official YouTube channel showing off a first look at “The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure,” coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios later this month.

• “it’s a small world” has reopened at Disneyland Park following its five-month-long refurbishment with new figures of Miguel and Dante from Disney and Pixar’s “Coco.”
• With the early previews for the Disneyland 70th anniversary celebrations taking place on May 13, the resort has revealed a first look at some of the many new food and beverage offerings coming soon.
• Duffy and ShellieMay have arrived at Disneyland for the park’s 70th anniversary celebration.

• As part of the preview for all of the new Disneyland 70th anniversary activities, Cast Members provided a glimpse at the physical key that will be a part of the new Key to Disneyland interactive experience.
• The depiction of the Partners statue on the Sleeping Beauty Castle-inspired 70th anniversary sculpture at Disneyland Resort was replaced, seemingly because Walt Disney looked like Donald Trump.

Disney California Adventure

• As part of the Disneyland 70th anniversary celebrations, the “Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration!” parade has returned to Disney California Adventure.
• Disney Parks on Instagram has shared a first look at the new Disneyland Resort 70th anniversary overlay being added to Toy Story Midway Mania at Disney California Adventure.

New Merchandise

• Disneyland Resort shared a preview of the new Mickey Mouse interactive popcorn bucket that will be available during the 70th anniversary celebration.

• The first of the retro-inspired Vault Collection merchandise, called the Replica Chapter, celebrating the 70th anniversary of Disneyland, is now available.

• In honor of the 70th anniversary of Disneyland, merchandise is available honoring the legacy of the man behind the mouse with the Walt Disney Nostalgia Collection.
• The second of the retro-inspired Vault Collection merchandise, dubbed the Mickey Mouse & Maps Chapter, has arrived at Disneyland Resort for the 70th anniversary celebration.
