Universal Epic Universe has opened its portals to travelers from across the cosmos at Universal Orlando Resort, and new grand opening merchandise is now available to celebrate.
Epic Universe Grand Opening Merchandise
These items can be found inside Various Emporia in Celestial Park.
Grand Opening T-Shirt – $32
This dark heather gray T-shirt features the grand opening key art for Epic Universe on the front. Each portal is represented; going clockwise, the art includes The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, Celestial Park, Super Nintendo World, and Dark Universe. The Epic Universe logo sits at the center.
On the left shoulder, “Grand Opening May 22 2025” is printed in gold.
Grand Opening Crewneck Sweatshirt – $58
A heather gray sweatshirt is also available.
The front is plain other than the Epic Universe logo printed on the left chest.
The grand opening key art is printed on the back.
Grand Opening T-Shirt – $27
If heathered navy is more your style, you can pick up this grand opening T-shirt instead.
It is virtually the same as the gray option, just in a navy colorway.
Grand Opening Backpack – $53
This backpack is gray with black accents. The grand opening key art is printed on the front panel. There is no small front pocket, just one main pocket. However, there are two side pockets to hold water bottles or other beverage containers (and in the Florida heat, you’ll need them).
The back straps are gray and adjustable.
Sherpa Throw Blanket – $40
This sherpa throw blanket is 50 inches by 60 inches, or 127 centimeters by 152.4 centimeters. It is made of 100% polyester and features the entire grand opening key art on one side.
Acrylic Stand
This acrylic stand features the grand opening art with a raised Epic Universe logo at the center.
Tumbler with Straw – $29
This tumbler features the grand opening art around all sides.
The design wraps around the circumference of the cup.
On the back, where the art meets, is the Epic Universe wordmark.
The lid is clear with both a clear straw (included) and a black flip-top lid.
Limited Edition How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk Grand Opening Pin – $18
This limited edition grand opening pin for How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk features art of Hiccup, Toothless, Astrid, and Stormfly flying high in the air above Berk. A dangling charm features the land’s wordmark.
Limited Edition The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic Grand Opening Pin – $18
The limited edition grand opening pin for The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic features the land’s key art in a gold frame. On the left is Newt Scamander in Place Cachée, and Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger, and Harry Potter in the British Ministry of Magic on the right. The Ministry of Magic wordmark is included on a dangling charm that hangs below the pin.
Limited Edition Dark Universe Grand Opening Pin – $18
Dark Universe also has its own grand opening limited edition pin. This one features the land’s key art in a silvertone frame. The Dark Universe wordmark is included on a dangling charm below the main portion of the pin.
Limited Edition Super Nintendo World Grand Opening Pin – $18
Finally, the Super Nintendo World grand opening pin features art of the Mushroom Kingdom with Toad, Princess Peach, Luigi, Mario, Donkey Kong, Yoshi, and Diddy Kong. The Super Nintendo World wordmark and “Universal Orlando Resort” are included on a dangling, goldtone charm.
Super Nintendo World Grand Opening Magnet – $16
Die-cut magnets for each land are also available. This magnet for Super Nintendo World features a variation on the key art included on the pin, with the grand opening date for Epic Universe printed near the bottom.
How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk Grand Opening Magnet – $16
The How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk magnet is a non-traditional shape, with the land’s key art in a circle and “May 22, 2025 Opening Day” printed on a scaly texture beneath it.
Dark Universe Grand Opening Magnet – $16
The Dark Universe magnet is shaped like the head of Frankenstein’s Monster, with the land’s key art arranged within. The wordmark for Dark Universe sits at the bottom, just above “Grand Opening May 22, 2025.”
Epic Universe Magnet – $16
The final new magnet features the same key art for all of Epic Universe seen on other items in this collection, but with no mention of its grand opening day.
Epic Universe Canvas Print – $100
The final item in the new collection is this canvas-wrapped print of the park’s key art.
