Universal Orlando Resort announced a few new and returning experiences coming to the resort this summer, including a limited-time M3GAN encounter and the return of Elphaba and Glinda from “Wicked.”
M3GAN 2.0
The M3GAN sequel is in theaters June 27, 2025. From June 10 through 30, guests will also be able to see the famous android at Universal Studios Florida. Universal did not share further details.
A roaming, dancing M3GAN horde previously appeared at Universal Studios Florida during Halloween Horror Nights 32.
Wicked
Elphaba and Glinda will return to Wicked: The Experience from June 23 through August 10. They appeared for limited-time surprise meet and greets last fall. “Wicked: For Good” is in theaters this November.
15 Years of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter
Beginning in mid-June, guests can take home a commemorative glass plaque celebrating 15 years of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Hogsmeade at Universal Islands of Adventure.
Jurassic World: Rebirth
“Jurassic World: Rebirth” is in theaters July 2. Starting on May 23, “Jurassic World: Rebirth” merchandise will be available in Jurassic Outfitters and Dinostore. There will also be themed photo ops in Jurassic Park at Universal Islands of Adventure and exclusive menu items at The Burger Digs.
How to Train Your Dragon (Live Action)
The live-action remake of “How to Train Your Dragon” is in theaters June 13, and the Lost Continent in Universal Islands of Adventure will host a themed shopping experience near Doc Sugrue’s Desert Kebab House. New merch will include a Toothless shoulder plush.
Jaws 50th Anniversary
“Jaws” 50th anniversary merchandise is already available in Universal Studios Florida. The park’s San Francisco area has been transformed into Amity Island. Limited-time food and beverage offerings will be available soon.
Back to the Future 40th Anniversary
New “Back to the Future” merchandise is also available for the film’s 40th anniversary.
Passholder Perks
Exclusive Passholder merchandise will commemorate the 35th anniversary of Universal Studios Florida. Passholders can also enjoy an exclusive viewing area for the Mega Movie Parade, exclusive seating areas at select dining locations, exclusive menu items, and 3-Park Passholder Early Park Admission at Universal Volcano Bay.

Universal CityWalk will play classic blockbusters as part of the Summer Movie Series:
- “E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial”: May 17 and 21
- “The Mummy”: May 31 and June 4
- “The Fast and the Furious”: June 7 and June 11
- “Kung Fu Panda”: June 28 and July 2
- “Trolls”: July 12 and 16
- “Shrek”: July 26 and 30
The Summer Music Series will run on Saturdays from June 21 through August 9.
On the Fourth of July, characters and a DJ will perform in the Universal Music Plaza at Universal Studios Florida, with a pyrotechnic show shot from the roof of TRANSFORMERS: The Ride 3D. There will also be music and entertainment throughout CityWalk.
