The new theming added above the broken Keystone Clothiers doorway has received additional painting, and work on the entrance appears to be nearing completion.

In our last refurbishment update, the marble theming on top of the broken doorway was added back for the first time since the doorway collapsed nearly three years ago. In 2022, Keystone Clothiers in Disney’s Hollywood Studios suffered a major malfunction when a portion of the facade near this entrance crumbled into the nearby guest walkway.

The green marble still has blue painter’s tape covering the white columns on either side, implying that more work is still set to take place in this area. The pink wall above the marble is also still discolored compared to the rest of the building.

On either side of the green doorway, the white paneling that temporarily covered the white marble on the nearby windows has been removed again. It is possible Disney was worried the construction work would damage the windows, so they were covered. While the windows did not collapse in the same fashion as the door, they were still reconstructed simultaneously.

As construction continues, this whole side entrance leading into Keystone Clothiers remains blocked by blue construction walls. Guests who want to access the store need to use one of the other nearby doorways.

The facade of Keystone Clothiers was covered with green panels wrapped around the collapsed doorway as a temporary fix in 2023. Construction walls were added again in 2025, and it now appears Disney is planning on making the entrance look closer to the missing original.
