The new “Disney Jr. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live!” show debuted at Disney California Adventure, replacing “Disney Jr. Dance Party!”
Disney Jr. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live!
“Disney Jr. Dance Party” suddenly closed in March. Disney soon announced “Disney Jr. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live!” would replace the show in the Disney Theater in Hollywood Land. The new show officially opens on May 16, the start of the Disneyland 70th Celebration, but WDWNT was invited to a preview performance.
Mickey rocks a black graphic t-shirt with the image of headphones, a gold shimmering jacket, red pants, and yellow shoes.
When Goofy takes the stage, he’s initially in a shower cap, rubber duck robe, and rubber duck slippers.
The show is inspired by Disney Jr.’s “Mickey Mouse Clubhouse” (2006 – 2016) and the revival “Mickey Mouse Clubhouse+” premiering this summer.

Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse welcome guests to Mickey’s house for a party. However, Goofy, Daisy, and Pluto haven’t arrived yet, so Mickey and Minnie decide to take the party on the road.

The show features original songs and interactive moments for young guests.

“Disney Jr. Dance Party” opened in May 2017 as a replacement for “Disney Junior: Live on Stage!”
Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Florida is also getting a new Disney Jr. dance party, “Get Animated.” However, this DJ dance party is only a temporary replacement for “Disney Jr. Play and Dance!” during Cool Kid Summer. It will debut on May 27.
