Step right into Mary Blair’s artwork with “Alice in Wonderland”-inspired rooms at Tokyo Disneyland Hotel. These are among the character-inspired rooms that don’t have a park view, offering detailed theming to enjoy instead.
Alice in Wonderland Room at Tokyo Disneyland Hotel
This room is head-to-toe “Alice in Wonderland,” starting with the door, which has blue panels and a green frame. The green continues along the baseboard and around the bathroom and closet doors.
The entryway carpet is two shades of red with funky geometric shapes. The wallpaper is pink with a diamond pattern and misshapen fleurs-de-lys, and fake gray moulding.
There’s a vanity by the door with a white counter and two mounted lamps.
A uniquely-shaped mirror is inside a purple frame.
The stool has blue velvet upholstery with a skirt. There’s also a small trash can.
The closet has an automatic light. It houses extra pillows, hangers, a luggage rack, a shoehorn, a brush, and complimentary slippers.
These are the standard complimentary Tokyo Disneyland Hotel slippers and not special “Alice in Wonderland” slippers. The light pink and white wallpaper in the closet features “Alice in Wonderland”-style plants.
Another small alcove holds gold-framed “Alice in Wonderland” concept art by Mary Blair. One piece depicts Alice falling down the rabbit hole while the other shows the White Rabbit running to a door.
Below the artwork is the coffee and tea station. On the green marble counter is a coffee-maker, ice bucket, and silver tray laden with white and blue teacups and saucers. This is the hotel’s standard plateware.
A drawer holds standard glasses and coffee supplies.
Below the drawer is the mini-fridge, stocked with bottled water.
A full-length mirror with a brown frame is next to the sliding bathroom door.
The same wallpaper from the closet is in the bathroom’s entryway. It has colorful square tile flooring.
This mirror has a bright blue frame. The vanity counter is green, and the front has been painted blue and green.
It comes stocked with the usual Tokyo Disneyland Hotel amenities.
Like the slippers, these items are not “Alice in Wonderland”-themed.

Tweedledee is on the opaque glass window of the shower room door, while Tweedledum is on the toilet room door.
The toilet is a standard Japanese toilet with a built-in bidet.
Good news: there is toilet art! This is another piece of Mary Blair concept art featuring Alice and the Caterpillar.
The shower room is the same as a standard Tokyo Disneyland Hotel room with white marble walls, an opaque window, and a tile mural above the tub. The entire room is the shower, with a detachable shower head mounted on the wall.
Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash all come stocked. The towels are branded with the “TDH” logo.
The room has two twin beds with details inspired by the Queen of Hearts. The headboards have white and red roses and are topped with a heart-shaped element and a gold crown. They are framed by mounted lights with gold supports and blue shades inspired by Alice’s dress. Behind the beds is a blue accent wall with a swirling pattern.
The regular linens are white, but a bolster pillow has red heart trim. The bed runners are yellow and orange with lines of card soldiers across them.
The bed skirt is inspired by the Queen of Hearts’ skirt. A yellow and black chevron pattern is layered below large black and red pieces with white trim. The carpeting in the bedroom space is green and blue with a zig-zagging pattern inspired by the Wonderland hedge maze.
The table between the beds is white with a red drawer featuring gold trim and heart accents. The drawer’s handle is rose-shaped. It has two standard outlets (two-prong) and a USB built-in.
Across from one twin bed is a nook with a bench that doubles as a bed. It has striped upholstery. The walls of the nook are purple.
The back wall of the nook features a mural of May Blair concept art depicting small Alice among the flowers and plants of Wonderland. There’s a light on the ceiling.
On the bench are red, green, blue, and purple throw pillows. The purple drawers below hold bedding.
The dresser and TV unit is white with pink drawers and side panels, and blue accents on the top. Carrots are on the center drawer.
On top of the unit are white bunny ears, the White Rabbit’s gold watch, and his black umbrella.
In the corner of the room is a Mad Hatter-inspired standing lamp. The shade resembles his famous green hat with the 10/6 slip.
There are mismatched chairs at the small table, inspired by the mismatched furniture of the tea party scene. The table is blue and round, and this is where guests will find their complimentary reusable bags.
One chair is blue with a harp-shaped back and a pink cushion.
The other chair is purple with a blue and gold patterned cushion.
Another bed pulls out from under the bed closest to the window, so the room can sleep up to four. When the lights are off in the bathroom, you can faintly see the Cheshire Cat in the oval window.
