In a series of social media posts from multiple sources, a plane with a Gaza banner was seen flying over both Walt Disney World and later Universal Orlando Resort.
Plane Over Orlando Theme Parks

The appearance of the plane was first reported by a user on X (formerly Twitter), who has since deleted the post. The user reported that a plane trailing a pro-Gaza banner was seen flying over sections of Walt Disney World. User Tiffany, @Tsquared1320, later replied on X with a picture of the plane flying over Disney’s Animal Kingdom. The roof of Pizzafari is visible in the left corner of the scene.
The small, personal-sized aircraft was carrying a large white banner saying “Gaza is Starving – End Genocide!” in bright red lettering.

It is well-known that sections of Walt Disney World are under a no-fly-zone. However, the radius for this protected bubble only extends to a three-mile distance. As a result, it is possible to see planes in the distance from locations near the edge of Walt Disney World property without the planes breaking any regulations. Users tracking the plane noted that the pilot was careful to go around the no-fly-zone without entering it, which is why the plane was spotted in the distance at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
After a short period, the plane was witnessed flying away from Walt Disney World property and towards Universal Orlando Resort. Shortly afterward, user @HHNstagram, shared a second picture on X of the same plane reportedly flying over the Universal parks. Universal has no restricted zones over its parks, so seeing planes flying overhead is more common than at Walt Disney World.
There have been no more updates regarding the plane as of this afternoon.
