Bar Moonshine is a wizarding take on an American sports bar, specifically celebrating American Quidditch. Here, you’ll find American cocktails, alongside beer and wine.

Tucked away in a quiet street corner is Bar Moonshine, where American witches and wizards in Paris can enjoy a taste of home. Along with non alcoholic beverages like Butterbeer, you’ll find American cocktails and a variety of beers and wines. It s all served amid décor featuring U.S. Quidditch team pennants and other items of wizarding Americana.

Bar Moonshine is located in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, tucked into the very back of the right side street of Place Cachée.

Exterior
Entrance
The exterior of Bar Moonshine is easily recognized by its bright green hue and “Bar” lettering above the awning. “Bar Moonshine” is printed on the striped overhead covering, with cutouts of drink glasses attached to the windows above.
Interior

This venue is incredibly small; when we visited, only two groups of guests were allowed inside at a time.
There is no interior seating, and guests can simply belly up to the bar to order their beverage of choice.
The walls just beneath the ceiling are lined with pennants from several Quidditch teams. As this is a bar, there are also several shelves of liquors, mixers, and other ingredients.
Teams featured on the pennants include U.S.-based teams, including Connecticut, Florida, Michigan, Maryland, New York, Virginia, Washington, and California. House teams from Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, the North American school of magic, are also represented — namely, Pukwudgie and Thunderbird.
On the walls to the right, various pages of wizarding newsprint and advertisements related to Quidditch are framed. To the left is a stylized advertisement for Giggle Water. More pennants for U.S. teams are also hung above, including for Illinois, Ohio, and the Ilvermorny house, Horned Serpent.
Decor on the left side of the bar is more of the same, with pennants for Quidditch teams lining the ceiling and framed advertisements.
Bar Moonshine serves a variety of items, but has two specialized taps for Lavender Lemonade and Pumpkin Juice.
