runDisney announced the themes for the 2026 Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend at Walt Disney World Resort.
The Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend 2026 is February 26 through March 2. This year’s races and challenge are inspired by Merida, Moana, Rapunzel, and Belle.
Disney Princess 5K | Merida
“Embrace your fate—or change it—during 3.1 miles featuring the brave Merida. And with the finish line as your target, you don’t need a bow and arrow to hit it.”
The Disney Princess 5K is on Friday, February 27, 2026, starting at 5 a.m. ET.
Registration fee varies based on the date of purchase:
- June 24, 2025 – December 22, 2025: $119.99
- Beginning December 23, 2025: $130.00
Disney Princess 10K | Moana
“See how far you’ll go (hopefully 6.2 miles) as part of this race hosted by Moana. And don’t worry about wayfinding. The course is clearly marked.”
The Disney Princess 10K is on Saturday, February 28, 2026, starting at 5 a.m. ET.
Registration fee varies based on the date of purchase:
- June 24, 2025 – December 22, 2025: $166.00
- Beginning December 23, 2025: $176.00
Disney Princess Half Marathon | Rapunzel
“Get tangled up in the fun of this 13.1-mile journey with Rapunzel. And since runDisney knows best, please leave the frying pans at home.”
The Disney Princess Half Marathon is on Sunday, March 1, 2026, starting at 5 a.m. ET.
Registration fee varies based on the date of purchase:
- June 24, 2025 – December 22, 2025: $259.00
- Beginning December 23, 2025: $269.00
Disney Fairytale Challenge | Belle
“Go beast mode by taking on our challenge inspired by everyone’s favorite beauty, Belle. Made up of both the 10K and the half marathon, being our Guest for these 19.3 miles will earn you three treasured medals!”
With the Disney Fairytale Challenge, runners complete both the 10K and Half Marathon to earn:
- Disney Princess 10K Medal
- Disney Princess Half Marathon Medal
- Disney Fairytale Challenge Medal
Guests must register for the Disney Fairytale Challenge. Registration fee varies based on the date of purchase:
- June 24, 2025 – December 22, 2025: $432.00
- Beginning December 23, 2025: $442.00
Disney Princess Yoga
Disney Princess Yoga is on Monday, March 2, 2026, at 5 a.m. ET in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Registration is $125.00.
For all events, Club runDisney Gold and Platinum Registration opens on June 17, 2025. General Registration opens on June 24, 2025 at 10 a.m. ET. Prices include a 6.6% platform service fee.
