• A recent update to the Walt Disney World website has confirmed that when The Hall of Presidents reopens, Donald Trump will once again have a speaking role.
• The Hall of Presidents in Magic Kingdom Park has officially reopened following its most recent refurbishment to move President Donald Trump back to the middle of the stage, though part of his speech from his first term has been cut.
• The Hall of Presidents in Magic Kingdom Park officially reopened following its latest refurbishment on June 29, 2025, and recently re-elected President Donald J. Trump has an updated animatronic face.
• A new entertainment offering in Magic Kingdom is a New Orleans-inspired jazz band called Nola and the Eighth Notes.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

• In the latest Walt Disney World lawsuit, a mother is suing after her child was startled by a Stormtrooper in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, causing him to flip his stroller and get injured.

New Merchandise

• New Shimmer Collection Mickey and Friends plush Wishables are now available at Walt Disney World.
• Figment fans have an adorable new plush to grab at Walt Disney World, with our favorite purple dragon in baby form and wrapped up in a patterned blanket.
• A new ornament and Tervis water bottle have arrived at Walt Disney World as part of a collection themed to Disney’s Contemporary Resort. 
• A brand new Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort merchandise collection has arrived at the newly refurbished BouTiki store inside the Great Ceremonial House.
• Several new Walt Disney World-themed items have arrived at World of Disney in Disney Springs.

• Walt Disney World announced on their Instagram page that Sergio Agüero, a world-famous football (soccer) star has visited the resort.

Disneyland Resort

• A new Disneyland 70 design was recently unveiled for Amtrak’s Pacific Surfliner.

Disneyland Park

• Tinker Bell is meeting guests in Pixie Hollow once again, as the area has reopened after a nine month refurbishment at Disneyland park.

Downtown Disney District

• The former Tortilla Jo’s and Taqueria building has been completely demolished at the Downtown Disney District, while other areas are receiving new updates.

New Merchandise

• Although released online in October of 2024, the Disneyland Pop-Up Park Tour book is now available at Downtown Disney in WonderGround Gallery. 

Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa

• As part of ongoing maintenance at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, Ka Maka Pool and Grotto will be unavailable for a limited time this fall.

Hong Kong Disneyland

• We ate the Mickey and Friends Giant Sundae Party dessert at Hong Kong Disneyland in celebration of the resort’s 20th anniversary.

Disney Cruise Line

• A child and her father were rescued from the water by the Disney Cruise Line team after an incident on June 29, 2025.
