In a continuing trend from the original Super Nintendo World in Universal Studios Japan, the land in Epic Universe is full of even more hidden Pikmin for guests to find! If you want a little help finding every colorful little creature, we have a complete photo guide.
Every Pikmin Location in Epic Universe
Nintendo Super Star Store
The first few Pikmin are not actually found within the area of Super Nintendo World, but within the nearby Nintendo Super Star Store in Celestial Park.
Window Pikmin
The first of our hidden Pikmin friends is found on the edge of the wall surrounding the stained glass windows by the store’s main entrance.
The bright yellow Pikmin is running across the ledge just below the stained glass window of Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong.
Ledge Pikmin
The next hidden Pikmin is actually a set of two red creatures standing above an interior roof ledge.
Between the two red and white windows, one red Pikmin is sitting on the end of a stone railing. The second red Pikmin is running on the lower section of the ledge to the right.
Entrance Pikmin
The final Pikmin for the Nintendo Super Star Store is located outside the building, above the entrance framed by statues of Luigi and Bowser Jr.
This tiny blue creature is lounging on the stone ledge above the entrance.
Mushroom Kingdom
Turbo Boost Treats Pikmin
Moving into the Mushroom Kingdom, the first group of Pikmin is located on a ledge to the right of Toadstool Cafe. The white staircase on the right side leads up to Turbo Boost Treats.
Here we have a group of several Pikmin in red, blue, and yellow working together to carry a large gold coin.
It is easier to spot these hidden Pikmin by looking down from the stairs or the upper level. They appear to be struggling with the heavy weight of the coin, and the yellow Pikmin seems to have fallen over.
1 UP Factory Pikmin
The next group of Pikmin can be spotted on a red block to the right of the 1UP Factory entrance pipe.
Three of the creatures are sitting on a patch of green leaves perched near the edge of this red cube.
Looking down from the upper level, the three hidden Pikmin are all close to the edge. The blue and red Pikmin are walking, while the yellow one is sitting, looking out over the Super Nintendo World skyline.
Toadstool Cafe Pikmin
Similar to the previous group, another gathering of Pikmin is placed on a ledge to the left of Toadstool Cafe.
Two yellow Pikmin appear to be in the process of pulling up some of their sprouting friends from the ground. They sit on a plain patch of grass colored to match the rest of the ledge.
Yoshi’s Adventure Pikmin
The Pikmin near the entrance of Yoshi’s Adventure can barely be seen from the ground and are best viewed from the upper level.
From the ground, only the top sprouts of two Pikmin can be seen.
There is actually a much larger group of Pikmin than first appears from the ground. A few of the creatures are buried in the ground, two are sitting on the grass, and one is standing with one arm raised as though it is saying hello.
Donkey Kong Country
Entrance Pipe Pikmin
Since the Super Nintendo World at Epic Universe includes Donkey Kong Country, there are a few additional hidden Pikmin hidden in the back of the land. The first group is found on the wall near the Donkey Kong Country entrance pipe.
The creatures are sitting together on the right side of the wall, on top of a brick that is slightly pulled out from the rest.
Two green leaves hold a total of four red Pikmin. Humorously, three of them are peacefully sitting and looking out at the land, while the fourth appears to be yelling with its arms raised.
Splashdown Pikmin
One group of hidden Pikmin can only be spotted close to the ride track for Minecart Madness, where the vehicles appear to skim over the water. These can be seen without actually getting in line for the attraction.
On the left side of the minecart vehicles is a three-tiered waterfall made of gray and tan rocks. Three blue Pikmin are standing between the flows of water on the lowest level.
One Pikmin is sitting peacefully on a rock, while the other two are traveling across the center. Blue Pikmin are known for being unaffected by water, which is a hazard to most other Pikmin types.
Queue Wall Mural Pikmin
In the queue for Donkey Kong’s Mine-Cart Madness, there are some two-dimensional Pikmin hidden among the drawings on the walls. This particular mural shows barrels rolling down ramps.
The Pikmin appear to be running away from the rolling barrels, though two Pikmin seemingly did not make it, as their ghosts float up from the barrel’s path.
Boarding Wall Mural Pikmin

Near the loading zone, a group of three Pikmin can be seen carrying a banana, a nod to the theme of the attraction. This wall mural is red, just like the one above.
With a total of 11 different Pikmin to discover, finding each little creature can be a challenge to complete in a single day.
