A new “Back to the Future” UNIVRS collection is now available at Universal Studios Florida. We found the items at Five & Dime.
Puffer Vest – $95
The first of the new items is a bright orange puffer vest reminiscent of the one Marty McFly wears in the film. It zips up and has two zip front pockets.
On the back is a silver and blue version of the “Back to the Future” logo and the flying DeLorean, pictured against an orange, yellow, and white circle design.
Tank Top – $30
The famous “OUTATIME,” license plate is recreated on this white tank top. Just above the phrase is California, and below it is “The Golden State.”
Sweatshirt – $45
There is also a blue collared sweatshirt with orange and white striping. Across the orange strip, Hill Valley High is written. Marty McFly attends this school in the “Back to the Future” franchise.
Rain Jacket – $95
The last of the items is a yellow rain jacket. On the left breast of the jacket is the “Back to the Future” film logo. The jacket has hazard strips at the base of the sleeves and body.
One of the key components that helps run the DeLorean is plutonium. The back of the rain jacket is a warning label for the nuclear energy source. An image of the time-traveling car is silhouetted above the warning.
This summer marks 40 years of “Back to the Future,” and a larger collection or merchandise was recently released. Some of these items were also available as part of the Universal Fan Fest Nights merchandise released in Universal Studios Hollywood.
“Back to the Future” has also taken over Schwab’s Pharmacy in Universal Studios Florida with window decals and two themed milkshakes.
