As a part of our quest to get a full tour of every room type at the recently opened Universal Helios Grand Hotel, we are back with a full room tour for a Celestial Suite.
Celestial Suite Room Tour
Upon entering the room, the layout is noticeably different from our previous tour of the King Suite at the Universal Helios Grand Hotel. There is a short entry hallway, with a kitchenette on the right side and a small bathroom on the left side. This is essentially the park view version of the King Suite, but the layout is much better.
The kitchenette in this room has a more standard, but functional layout. It has a sink on the right side, a mini fridge, and a microwave.

The microwave is your only heat source if you want to cook anything in the room, but the mini fridge has plenty of space. We got the feeling that this room is intended more for gatherings or parties, as the fridge comes prepared with a drink rack. The coffee maker has no brand name.
We appreciated the available storage space. This left side has a tall cabinet with one shelf divider in the middle. The cabinets below the sink are also usable.
Turning to the opposite side of the entry hallway, there is a small bathroom. This is technically only a powder room, as it has a sink and toilet but no shower or tub.
There’s only one small light above the vanity, which is not great. It’s the same pale pink color with a white marble counter and gold-tone hardware.
Around the corner from the hallway and powder room is a small dining area. It comes with a table and four chairs underneath a dedicated light fixture. The table is placed on the section of white floor tiles, not the carpet. We have to give this room a shout-out for having unique gold sun art in this corner that we have not seen in a previous tour.
After the tile is blue carpet with pink rose designs. In the living room space is an L-shaped sofa, a round marble coffee table, and a pink armchair. A small white end table with a lamp and a computer tablet is between the sofa and the window. The tablet can be used to adjust the lights, request more towels, etc.
The sofa opens up into a bed. Despite that, the coffee table is quite heavy and sits in the way of the bed. There are also no charging outlets on or around the end table, which would be convenient for whoever is sleeping there. There are standard outlets for the lamp and tablet, so you could unplug those.
A TV hangs above a black console table.
The table has a sliding front with storage inside.
While there is no balcony, the suite offers a near floor-to-ceiling view of Epic Universe, looking directly into Celestial Park.
Minus a bit of glare from the window glass, we could see all of the Cosmos Fountain, including the nighttime fountain show. Since the lighting for that show interacts with all of Celestial Park, this view provides one of the best views of that effect.
The bedroom has the padded, floral headboard we’ve become familiar with. The king bed is made with a pink blanket, white pillows, and a dark gray accent pillow. There is no storage space under the bed.
There are a pair of orb lamps and a reading light above each end table. One end table has another computer tablet.
These tables have a generous number of built-in outlets. There are four USB, four standard, and two USB-C ports on each table.
There’s a dresser with $8 Fiji water, an ice bucket, and glassware. Though it looks like there may be a mini-fridge in that large cabinet, it’s just an odd storage space.
We love having two seats and a table in front of the window. They’re perfect for enjoying the nighttime lighting of Epic Universe with a family member or friend. The window curtains are automatic with controls by the door.
There are more outlets at this workstation: a USB, a USB-C, and two standard. This is where you’ll find the room phone.
Above the work station is the moon phase art we’ve seen in several Helios Grand Hotel rooms.
Behind the bedroom door is a spacious closet. Here is the ironing board, iron, luggage rack, safe, extra bedding, and two bathrobes. There are no lights in the closet.
There’s a nice big bathroom with a dual vanity.
There’s a big illuminated mirror with cutouts around the orb lights. There’s an illuminated makeup mirror, too. This bathroom is much brighter than the other.
A sliding door leads to the toilet, which is weirdly off-center.
The shower has a big ledge, mounted amenities, and blue tile walls.
