Gideon’s Bakehouse is now offering its second limited edition cookie for June 2025, with the return of the Mint Cookies & Cream cookie, which was previously only available for one day in 2023.
Gideon’s Bakehouse is located at The Landing in Disney Springs.
Though the limited edition cookie changes week to week, the menu for June does not. This month features gill creature Gilbert, who just wants a friend for the summer.
Mint Cookies & Cream Cookie – $6.50
Soft Vanilla Bean Cookie filled with Double Stuf Oreos, Andes Mint Pieces, a dash of Mint Leaf Oil
As usual, this cookie comes packaged in a special “Limited Edition” wrapping and bag.
In our opinion, the Mint Cookies & Cream cookie is simply fantastic. The mint isn’t overpowering, so even if you’re not a huge fan of that flavor, we think you’ll still enjoy this. It reminds us of an elevated Thin Mint cookie as far as taste and texture, but you also get the Andes Mint flavor in there as well.
The texture of this cookie is phenomenal. It’s soft, with just a little bit of crunch thanks to the giant Oreo pieces. All the flavors work well together, and we can definitely understand why Gideon’s guests practically demanded that this one-off cookie come back.
This will only be available from June 8-14, so if you’re curious, you’ll want to grab one while you can!
