REVIEW: The Updated Baseball Brownie is a Cute Refresh at Casey’s Corner in Magic Kingdom

Casey’s Corner has updated its Baseball Brownie with new caramel corn and dulce de leche flavors, as well as a new dome shape. We ran the bases home to Magic Kingdom to try it for ourselves.

Casey’s Corner

A Victorian-style building with red, white, and blue bunting and a Coca-Cola sign under a bright blue sky.

Casey’s Corner is located on Main Street, U.S.A. in Magic Kingdom, at the end of the street before the Hub grass and across from The Plaza Restaurant.

The Baseball Brownie has been updated to be more dome-like in shape and offer a new flavor profile, replacing its previous basic iced brownie form.

Baseball Brownie – $5.99

Topped with Caramel Corn Mousse, Dulce de leche, and coated in White Chocolate

We think this is a much cuter presentation than its previous iteration. The frosting on top is quite dense and tastes okay, but we think this brownie might’ve been better without it. Hard icing like this can sometimes have a slight waxy texture that can be off-putting. The popcorn with our serving was a little stale, but still good.

The interior has the caramel corn mousse layered on top of the brownie, which we were impressed by. We like the filling better without the baseball shell, and find it tastes a bit lighter than with it. This would be great with a side of ice cream, and is a nice serving to share or keep it all to yourself.
