The Enchanted Tiki Room has been closed for refurbishment since early May. According to the attraction’s webpage, it will reopen on July 3, 2025, and operate from park open to park close.

As part of the attraction’s refurbishment, the Tangaroa Tree outside was rebuilt. It appears the tree’s old “New Life Fall” effect is returning as part of the restoration.

The refurbishment of Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room is also in time for the park’s 70th anniversary date on July 17. Although the show opened eight years after the park, it’s a classic and beloved attraction synonymous with Disneyland.

Another such attraction is “it’s a small world,” which was also recently closed for a lengthy refurbishment. It reopened with new “Coco” figures. On July 17, it will debut a new verse of the ride’s classic song as a tribute to the late Sherman Brothers.

Also on July 17, “Walt Disney – A Magical Life” will open in the Main Street Opera House with the first-ever Walt Disney Audio-Animatronic.
