“Walt Disney: One Man’s Dream” previously ran at Disney California Adventure from December 5, 2001 until April 6, 2005 in the Disney Animation building. The film was originally narrated by then-CEO Michael Eisner, followed by actress Julie Andrews when it was updated upon Eisner’s departure.

Guests at Walt Disney World can still watch the documentary today in Walt Disney Presents at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

In addition to the narration of the 24-year-old documentary, which has been updated for “Walt Disney – A Magical Life,” Iger also introduces the Audio-Animatronic of Walt Disney during the show, who appears following the conclusion of the film. Check out a first look at the animatronic in action.

Iger is set to depart The Walt Disney Company and retire in December 2026, after returning following Bob Chapek’s firing in 2022.
