A new and exclusive collector’s edition magical wand is coming soon to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios Japan.

Universal Studios Japan Exclusive Wand

The official Universal Studios Japan account announced the wand on X. Although the account did not specify whether the wand will be first or second generation, it will be exclusive to Universal Studios Japan. The collector’s edition magical wand will become available on Tuesday, July 15.

An exclusive USJ wand: black with gold designs and a blue gem, set against a dark background.

The barrel of the wand is solid black, while the handle is ornately detailed. A golden engraved grip, golden swirls, and a blue sapphire gem make up the handle. This is not a wand assigned to any specific character from the Harry Potter franchise, so it is likely design made for collectors, similar to those available in the American parks.

Other Park Exclusive Wands

Eight decorative wands, reminiscent of the Wizarding World, are arranged in a circular pattern on a white marble-like background. Each wand boasts a unique design and color scheme, capturing the magic and charm akin to Harry Potter’s enchanting universe.

Exclusive interactive wands are also available in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, one of the new lands at Epic Universe. Like the new Universal Studios Japan wand, these are not meant to represent any specific character. There are ten wands exclusively available at Cosme Acajor Baguettes Magique. These are all first generation wands, so they cannot be linked with the Universal Orlando App like the new second-generation interactive wands. Each of the wands comes with a map of the spell-casting locations in the land and a wand description written by Cosme Acajor herself.
