Magic Kingdom
- Walt Disney World Cast Members were the first to experience Jack Skellington’s updated look with a surprise Jack and Sally meet and greet in July.
- During a storm on Wednesday night, a Magic Kingdom ferryboat reportedly ran into the dock at the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC), leading to several injuries.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
- The construction for the new Monsters, Inc. land in Disney’s Hollywood Studios is picking up speed, and the Stage 1 Company Store, also known as the Muppets store, has been mostly demolished.

- Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar at Disney Springs will celebrate Halloween this year in addition to Christmas.

- The Main Street Confectionery at Magic Kingdom now has a Poison Apple Novelty Candy Container available.
- Four new charms celebrating the Halloween season are now available at Walt Disney World, featuring Mickey, ghosts, and Sandy Claws and Zero from Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas.
- The Cars Halloween die cast figures are now available at Walt Disney World, including a second set of Halloween monster trucks.
