In an online post, Universal Studios Japan has confirmed the arrival of a new sipper in Super Nintendo World that is shaped like Yoshi and an Egg.
Yoshi & Egg Sipper – ￥2,700
Images of the new sipper were shared by Universal Studios Japan on X. As seen in the picture, the latest addition to the sipper selection at Super Nintendo World is themed to Yoshi. For this sipper, Yoshi is sitting on one side of a large spotted Yoshi Egg. The egg is white with green spots in the usual Yoshi style. Yoshi, meanwhile, is his normal green color with orange shoes. It appears the egg functions as the body of the sipper to hold liquid, while Yoshi is more decorative.
The image shows a clear plastic straw poking out of a hole in the top of the egg. The straw is attached to an orange rubber topper. The upper curve of the egg also has two plastic loops for what is presumably a carry strap, in usual sipper style, though the strap is not visible in the picture.
The Yoshi & Egg Sipper is priced at￥2,700, which is the same price for the other sipper designs at this location, including the 1UP Mushroom Sipper and the Super Mushroom Sipper. The caption on the post mentions it is “Finally here,” so the sipper should be available as of July 7, 2025. It is currently being sold at Yoshi’s Snack Island.
Universal Studios Japan also released a new Bob-omb Popcorn Bucket in Super Nintendo World last month. Some additional popcorn bucket designs have included both the Mario Kart popcorn bucket and the light-up Super Star popcorn bucket.
At the moment, the announcement says the Yoshi & Egg Sipper is only being sold at Universal Studios Japan. However, some of the U.S. versions of Super Nintendo World have started selling the same merchandise as Japan after a delay, so it is possible that this sipper will be available at Universal Studios Hollywood or Epic Universe in the future.
