Join us for a tour of a Concierge Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah on the Disney Dream cruise ship.
Disney Dream Concierge Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah

Concierge Family Oceanview Staterooms with Verandah are classified as Category 03A and are located on Decks 10, 11, and 12 Forward. These rooms are 306 square feet (including the verandah) — the most square footage of any stateroom type.
Like most Disney Cruise Line staterooms, the closets are located across from the bathrooms in the hallway leading from the door. There are two closets, each with hangers and life preservers. The safe is placed in one of the closets. Concierge guests get robes and slippers to use during their cruise, as well as a shoe shine kit.

This space utilizes the split bathroom concept. One bathroom door leads to the toilet room, which has a single-sink vanity. The bathrooms have white tile walls and flooring with red and teal tile accents. The vanity counters are black stone.

The second bathroom also has a single-sink vanity and the shower with a round tub. The Premium Frette bath towels all feature the Disney Cruise Line logo. The bathroom shelves, as well as the shelves in the main room, have small railings to prevent items from sliding off during possible rough waters. The shower includes a handheld head and a rain head.
There are Elemis Body Exotics bath, shower, and spa products. The bathroom also includes a full length-mirror and a hair dryer.

The furniture features warm food finishes and teak accents. At the end of the closet unit is a set of deep cubbies and drawers. Four glasses are placed on top of the drawers. There are three hooks on the wall nearby.

The room’s carpeting has a gold, blue, and white swirl design. These rooms sleep 4 to 5 people with a queen bed, double sleeper sofa, and upper berth pull-down bed.
The queen bed has white Frette 300-thread-count, 100% cotton linens with a down duvet and custom premium plush euro-top mattress. The blanket laid across the end is colored in shades of beige with anchors, stars, Mickey, and cruise line logo designs. Two of the pillow cases feature a gray-beige border. There is storage space under the bed.

There is a blue padded headboard attached on the wall. Each side of the bed has a built-in end table, shelf, outlets, and reading lamp. The lampshades feature a map of the world with castles representing the different Disney theme parks and ships representing the other Disney Cruise Line vessels.
A curtain can be drawn between the queen bed and living space.

Concierge guests may choose from the pillow options hypoallergenic, feather, and therapeutic memory foam. The room phone is placed on one of the end tables.
Unlike most Disney Cruise Line staterooms, the concierge rooms include an armchair tucked next to the bed. There’s also a leather-upholstered ottoman with interior storage.

The vanity unit in the living space includes multiple drawers, cabinets, and shelves around a mirror with two built-in lights. There are several different kinds of outlets above the counter. A 22″ LCD flat-screen TV is placed on a swivel arm at the end closest to the bed. There’s another chair tucked under the vanity.

Beneath the TV is a Dometic mini-fridge in a cabinet. Wine glasses are stored on one of the shelves near the window.

All guests receive stationery and postcards, but the concierge stationery features the crossed keys logo and comes inside a leather folio.

Concierge guests also get a gift basket of fruit.

A welcome letter includes information about concierge services, including the lounge and sundeck. The “Hercules”-themed concierge lounge is located on Deck 12 of the Disney Dream. At the lounge, guests can enjoy cocktails during select hours and complimentary food and beverages throughout the day. The Deck 13 sundeck has cooling water misters, lounge chairs, and a bar. Concierge guests can access complimentary 24-hour Basic Surf Wi-Fi.

The artwork in our room included a collection of vintage Disney stamps and a piece showing people waving from a beach towards a Disney Cruise Line ship.

If you need the upper-berth bed or sleeper sofa, your porter will set them up for you. There are two wall lights running above the sofa.

When the upper-berth bed is pulled down, a “Peter Pan” mural is revealed on the ceiling. Peter, Wendy, Michael, and John are depicted as constellations in a starry sky.

The balcony has two chairs, a table, lighting, Plexiglass railings, and childproof locks.
