Universal Studios Japan guests can celebrate summer at NO LIMIT! Summer Dance Nights each evening featuring music by HYBE JAPAN artists like K-Pop groups BTS and Seventeen.
NO LIMIT! Summer Dance Nights
NO LIMIT! Summer Dance Nights consists of a DJ set followed by a dance performance featuring Universal Studios Japan characters. It’s in Gramercy Park and includes a downpour of cooling water effects. Guests closer to the stage are more likely to get wet.
HYBE JAPAN artists do not appear, but their music and music videos are incorporated into the performance. Nine groups are featured: BTS, Seventeen, Tomorrow X Together, Enhypen, Le Sserafim, &Team, BoyNextDoor, TWS, and Illit. HYBE JAPAN is the Japanese division of the South Korean corporation HYBE, so most of the groups are Korean, but &Team is Japanese.
In addition to water effects, there are lights, bubbles, and smoke. Elmo, Cookie Monster, Abby Cadabby, and Zoe are among the characters who dance. They’re dressed in colorful party gear.
Special NO LIMIT! Summer Dance Nights merchandise includes a terry cloth scarf featuring the event logo and the logos of all nine HYBE JAPAN groups. There’s also a T-shirt featuring the logos. Both are available to purchase at Universal Studios Store.
Hello Kitty and Dear Daniel both appear during the show to dance with the performers.

NO LIMIT! Summer Dance Nights is part of summer offerings running from July 1 through August 20, 2025. There are two DJ sets and two shows daily, except on July 4, 5, and 6, when there is only one show. The first DJ set is from 6:50 p.m. to 7:05 p.m., followed by the dance show from 7:10 p.m. to 7:40 p.m. The second DJ set begins at 8 p.m. and runs to 8:15 p.m., followed by the dance show from 8:20 p.m. to 8:50 p.m.
A special area admission ticket is available for ¥2,700 ($18.29). Ticket holders get to enjoy the show from a special viewing area closer to the stage with more water.
