REVIEW: Spy x Family Churros and Ice Cream Sundae at Universal Studios Japan

“Spy × Family” has arrived at Universal Studios Japan with special snack items available at Anya’s Snack Stand.

People order snacks at Anya’s Snack Stand, themed after Spy x Family, at an outdoor food stall on a sunny day.

This kiosk is located outside Space Fantasy – The Ride and has been redecorated like Anya’s room.

There are two different versions of Anya’s churros but they are the same flavors. Anya’s Stellar Star Churritos come in a pink wrapper with a star decoration while Anya’s Tonitrus Bolt Churritos come in a blue wrapper with a lightning bolt decoration.

Anya’s Churritos Strawberry & Raspberry Flavor – ¥750

The double berry flavor of this churro makes for a good combination. However, we find the strawberry and chocolate icing to be too sugary sweet. The star (or bolt) decoration is also just sugar.

Bond’s Ice Cream Sundae Vanilla & Chocolate – ¥850

There is frozen peach inside this ice cream sundae and chocolate syrup at the bottom. We found this one to be too sweet also, and, frankly, too cold. That said, the chill is nice for the hot weather.

Other Spy x Family offerings at Universal Studios Japan right now include dishes at Park Side Grille, merchandise, SPYxFAMILY XR Ride, SPYxFAMILY Story Ride, and the SPYxFAMILY Park Rally. These are available through January 4, 2026.
