“Disney’s Celebrate America! – A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky” has returned to light up the night at Magic Kingdom for Independence Day 2025. The park also has DJs set up for the festivities.

DJs

One DJ takes the Cinderella Castle forecourt stage. The rain didn’t keep the crowds away, and Disney didn’t let it stop the music, either, with a tent erected over the DJ’s station.

Another DJ is stationed in Frontierland next to the Country Bear Musical Jamboree.

Disney’s Celebrate America! – A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky

Disney’s Celebrate America! – A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky” is a 14-minute show that includes fireworks, patriotic music, and projection effects on Cinderella Castle. This year, the show will be performed on July 3 and 4, 2025, at 9:20 p.m. ET. The usual nighttime fireworks display at Magic Kingdom, “Happily Ever After,” will not be performed on those dates.

The fireworks display first debuted at the park in 2008, and begins with a narrator introducing America:

America! A land where eagles soar! Since history began, its people have celebrated the magnificence of this land. Tonight we celebrate America; a land of many people. A country that continues to grow. A nation of courage and independence. America, the beautiful!

We viewed the show both from the Hub at Magic Kingdom and Disney’s Contemporary Resort. Guests dining at California Grill can view the show from the observation deck.

The first section of the show celebrates freedom and independence, and features songs like “God Bless America,” “The Yankee Doodle Boy,” and “This Is My Country.”

The second section of the show features American folk songs like “America the Beautiful,” “Home on the Range,” and “This Land is Your Land.”

Colorful fireworks burst over a lit-up castle at night as people celebrate America and take photos in the foreground.

The final section is a salute to the American flag, with the songs “Stars and Stripes Forever,” “You’re a Grand Old Flag,” and, of course, “The Star-Spangled Banner.”
