Disney Vacation Club has released the schedule for the return of Welcome Home Weeks with special snacks, discounts, experiences, and more. 
Beginning August 14 through September 16 2025, Disney Vacation Club is celebrating members with its second Welcome Home Weeks event. Owners will be treated to a series of events that includes free ice cream novelties at theme parks and Disney Springs, morning coffee for guests of Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, Bay Lake Tower and others, Wine Mixers, dining discounts and more.
To help track the schedule of offers, DVC has published daily guides in PDF format for each of the timeshare destinations. There are separate guides available for Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas, Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort and Disney’s Vero Beach Resort. Several of the events were listed as TBD when Welcome Home Weeks was first announced back in May. Schedules have since been clarified. Among the more popular offerings are:
Ice Cream Sweet Stop
- Disney’s Hollywood Studios
- Location: Tower of Terror Courtyard
- Dates: Mondays and Tuesdays, starting August 18, 2025
- Times: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park
- Location: Upcountry Landing in Asia
- Dates: Thursdays and Fridays, starting August 14, 2025
- Times: 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
- Magic Kingdom Park
- Location: Tomorrowland Terrace
- Dates: Wednesdays, starting August 20, 2025
- Times: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Disney Springs
- Location: Gateway to Discovery – A Disney Vacation Club Welcome Home Center
- Dates: Mondays and Fridays, starting August 15, 2025

Welcome Home Wakeup (open only to registered guests at host resort)
In another returning offering, DVC members at both Walt Disney World and Disneyland can receive coffee and morning treats. There is a limit of one Welcome Home Wakeup per week, per member. The eligible member may attend with up to four guests.
Walt Disney World Resort:

- Times: 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Disneyland Resort:

Character Encounters
DVC members can meet Disney characters in select locations at Walt Disney World Resort, the Disneyland Resort, Aulani Resort, Disney’s Vero Beach Resort, and Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort. The locations, dates, and times include:
Walt Disney World Resort:
- Location: Atlantic Dance Hall at Disney’s BoardWalk
- Dates: August 25 through August 27, 2025, and September 8 through September 10, 2025
- Times: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Parking: There is no Resort parking for this event. Members are strongly encouraged to use Walt Disney World Resort transportation.
Disneyland Resort:
- Location: The Adventure Room at the Disneyland Hotel
- Dates: August 14 and September 11, 2025
- Times: 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
- Parking: There is no Resort parking for this event.
Disney’s Vero Beach Resort:
- Location: The Croquet Lawn
- Dates: Thursdays, starting August 14, 2025
- Times: 8:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort:
- Location: The Big Dipper Pool Deck
- Dates: Tuesdays, starting August 19, 2025
- Times: 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Aulani Resort:
- Location: Kipuka Lawn
- Dates: August 14, August 28 and September 11, 2025
- Times: 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Wine Mixer (advance registration required)
In another returning benefit from last year, members can indulge in complimentary wine, appetizers, and live music at both the Disneyland Resort and Aulani Resort. Pre-registration for the event is required, and space is limited.

- Aulani: August 20, 27; September 3, 10
Other events include Hawaiian arts and crafts, free screening of a Disney concert film, and free popcorn at Walt Disney World resorts and aboard Disney Cruise Line.
