Hello, this is your one and only Nana. It’s been a month since my last Death Note Princess Diary… Time flies really fast when you are running around Disney and Universal.
In a couple of days, my Halloween tour (Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, Oogie Boogie Bash, and Halloween Horror Nights) begins, and then it will also be over in two weeks. What am I going to do on actual Halloween? Distribute all the candy from the parties to my neighbors’ kids. (Hey, don’t underestimate how much candy you’ll get from these Disney Halloween parties.) Anyways, I am decently excited about the Halloween events starting soon, even though I have lots of food items to review!
Let’s do my loop, shall we?
Good Morning from Hollywood Studios

I haven’t worked on a Saturday for a while, but Saturday is still my favorite day. Why? I don’t know. Maybe no traffic on I-4? (I live by Universal Studios Florida, so traffic matters.) This morning was not crazy hot; last week was insanely hot. However, please stay hydrated. I see lots of guests not doing great towards the end of the day.
Little Words Project Bracelet – $25

At Keystone Clothiers, we reported on the Little Words Project that brought out new Disney bracelets. One of them is “Disney Mama.”
Ummm… Can we get “Disney Nana??” So all the Disney grandmothers who are taking their grandkids can have that? And I can piggyback on it so that I can have the bracelet? (Yeah, Nana the grandma, but I’ll take this as my name in this situation…)
Today’s Animal Break 1: Disney Ducks Enjoy Swimming in Echo Lake.

Disney Ducks are living their best life… Better than mine.
At the Vacation Fun exit, I found myself….

This is me working out at the gym at the end of August, after WDW Halloween food reviews and HHN food reviews… (I don’t know about OBB food review yet…) Hey, consistency is the KEY!

My AT-AT is doing great, but they might need to trim the tree so I can see it a little better.
Today’s Animal Break 2: Squirrel Looking for His Breakfast
Told you, nothing is safe in Hollywood Studios…
Then I took a trip over to Muppets Courtyard.

When they destroyed the Stage 1 Company Store, that definitely hurt my heart. I have so many great memories from this park. But in the past 10 years, this park has been destroyed and is losing its sense. Change needs to happen to keep the business going, but it still hurts. BRING BACK OSBORNE FAMILY SPECTACLE OF DANCING LIGHTS!!! (Because I can’t ask for Star Wars Weekend…)
Today’s Animal Break 3: Northern Cardinal

He was following me for a while. Maybe wanted to tell me how the construction is going.
Walking into Galaxy’s Edge…

I haven’t ridden Rise of the Resistance for a while, so I joined the single rider line and got to ride in less than 15 minutes. Good deal.

Of course, the cannons were not working… Why can’t Batuu East have them fixed?
Walked into Black Spire Outpost to see my workaholic droid man 8D-J8.

He looks so overworked. His eyes are not lit, and his head is looking the wrong way. His soul is not there. Maybe he got hired as an HHN Scareactor. Well, see you in the fog, my man.
I moved on to Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities. I haven’t reported from Hollywood Studios for a few months. Maybe while I was out, the tanks got cleaned?

They did! Not many people care about it, but this made me happy. (I know I am weird, that’s why I work here.)
Speaking of working at WDWNT… Every time I go to my office, Tom or somebody else adds something to my wall or desk. One day, my office will look like this:

A bunch of treasures that don’t have a place to go, so they ended up here (like my office). It’s fine, I enjoy seeing them.
I walked into Droid Depot, and I was looking at these BDX pins.
BDX Droid Pin Set – $22.99

A Cast Member told me I can go see them now. Oh yeah, right! They are doing a mini show!! I haven’t had a chance to see them in Orlando yet.
So now the droids have names: Red is Red, Orange is Oscar, Green is Greg. They also have personalities. Red is brave. Oscar is like me, so he must scream before he tries something new, and Greg is super cautious.

This mini-show is highly recommended. It is heartwarming and funny.
Walking to Toy Story Land.

Now they have these weird walls between two lands… How many walls do we need in this park?

You know, usually this is the place that’s hotter and packed than any other land. NOT TODAY! But nothing much is happening here.

Another place that is going through changes. I’ve never written about “the studio store” sign… This is the last remaining part from the old studio tour, and I didn’t want Disney to notice. But now they are going to make changes to Launch Bay and Disney Jr… so they’ll take it away anyway.

I think I should be happy that they are bringing back The Magic of Disney Animation… ya? I loved that place so much when they had a bunch of meet and greets.

But they’ll take down the arch. I am super curious how the walls will surround the arch and courtyard since The Little Mermaid: A Musical Adventure came back…
At Hollywood Scoops Ice Cream, I got to review the Chocolate Bourbon Milk Shake. You can read my review here.

My loop was done, so I drove to Saratoga Springs to play golf. But rain and thunder came by right on time, and I couldn’t play. I got stuck in the pro-shop and I saw this beauty…

Disney x Taylormade golf bag… I’ve been wanting for the last few years… But I want a specific character on my bag and haven’t seen it YET. So this was my sign not to get it TODAY. But one day… I will get it…
Thank you for reading Nana’s Death Note Princess Diary, I think I will write the Halloween Party report next week…(Hoping for the safe return.)
Have a Magical Day! And see you real soon.
