Temporary Closing Date Announced for Paint the Night at Disneyland

Disneyland Resort announced a closing date for Paint the Night parade’s 2025 run.

Disney had previously announced the parade would pause temporarily for the resort’s holiday celebrations.

Paint the Night will be performed through November 9, 2025. It will be temporarily unavailable starting on November 10, the Disneyland Resort website states. We don’t yet know the date that it will return in the new year.

A Christmas Fantasy parade will be performed at Disneyland during the holidays, instead. An exact return date for the annual parade has not been announced, but the holiday season officially runs from November 14 through January 7.

Wondrous Journeys will also temporarily pause for Halloween and the holidays, but it will return briefly between the two seasons.

Paint the Night parade returned to Disneyland with some changes for the park’s 70th anniversary. It originally debuted in 2015 as part of the park’s 60th anniversary celebration. Watch our 2025 video of the parade below.
