Food:

Artist’s Palette – $7.99

Crispy granulated sugar churros with dulce de leche, raspberry jam and Bavarian cream “paint”

Three churros on a plate from El Artista Eats, served with red, white, and brown sauces outdoors.

These are basic, skinny churros that are well-prepared and dusted generously with sugar. We liked the way it tied into the artist theme, with the three sauces representing paint. Each added their own distinctive taste to the dish.

Pan con Tomate – $7.99

Crunchy grilled garlic bread smeared with tomato pulp and grated Manchego cheese

A hand holds a plate with a slice of bread topped with cheese and sauce—El Artista Eats outdoors amid lush greenery.

This is fantastic. The garlic taste of the bread goes nicely with the tomato, and the fresh grated manchego is generous and delicious. This is an overall great dish.

Grilled Gambas al Ajillo – $12.99

Garlic grilled shrimp on a crunchy baguette

A hand holds a plate with grilled shrimp on toasted bread, topped with green herb sauce at El Artista Eats outdoors.

The shrimp portion is generous and juicy, and the flavors are great. The bread was a little too soggy, as they may have been aggressive with oil and vinegar. This turned it into a fork and knife dish, but we really thought it was a good presentation and value.

Beverages:

Sinister Sangira – $14 for 12 oz. single serving

A hand holds an El Artista fruity drink with lemon and orange slices outside Eats & Treats on a sunny day.

While we liked the zero-proof drink a bit more, this was still a pleasing drink with a nice balance of flavors.

No-Boos Brew (Zero proof) – $9

RELAX Zero Sauvignon Blanc, lime juice, pineapple juice and strawberry syrup

A citrus cocktail with ice, orange slices, and a cherry sits on a red table at El Artista near the restaurant patio.

This is the best zero-proof drink we have had at HHN. The addition of fresh fruit to both this and the cocktail made it stand out from other offerings we have had here. The addition made it feel more crafted and carefully prepared. It’s exactly what it sounds like.

We will note that this zero-proof cocktail does require you to show ID proving you’re over the age of 21, and we think that is because it’s based on substances that were once full-proof.

Overall, this booth offers a variety of flavors that are both tasty and satisfying.

El Artista: A Spanish Haunting

A glowing candle sits beside an open book in front of a spooky mansion—a first look fit for Five Nights at Freddy's.

El Artista: A Spanish Haunting is an original house at Halloween Horror Nights 2025, and it’s home to the conservatory that the whole event lives in this year.

The craftsmanship that went into this house is incredible. It’s breathtaking, and the scale and detail make Casa Creación feel lived in. It’s easy to see why they took the conservatory and spread it through the event, because everything about the house screams haunted. Read our full review of the house.
