Hard Rock Hotel Debuts Renovated Guest Rooms at Universal Orlando Resort

The Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando Resort has recently shared a first look at one of the newly-renovated guest rooms.

Renovated Rooms at Hard Rock Hotel

The Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando Resort has recently been in the process of updating its guest rooms as part of a multi-year hotel renovation project. The first look at the updated rooms was shared by the hotel on the Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando Instagram account.

The post included the caption, “Put your favorite track on the record player and step into our newly-renovated guest rooms at Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando, where California sunset hues set the scene for an unforgettable stay!”

Updated guest rooms at Hard Rock Hotel feature two double beds, modern decor, and bright orange headboards.

The new rooms take inspiration from the colors of a “California sunset” with bright orange, blue, brown, gray, and yellow. The general layout of the room is the same, but the colors and soft goods have been changed.

Starting with the floor, the previous striped carpet has been replaced with a new blue carpet that has a subtle diamond geometric pattern. The headboard above the beds has the same shape as the older version, but the rectangles are now colored orange.

The two chairs sitting next to the desk area on the left are now blue and gray, instead of their previous red color. The curtains are also now plain gray. Finally, there are two new chairs seated by a table near the window that appear to be a muted red color with green pillows.

Over by the desk area is some new art inspired by classic vinyl records. The records are decorated with geometric patterns running in circular rings around the center in blue, orange, red, and brown.

One more image shows the updated bathroom area. The layout is again the same, with a single sink facing the bedroom while the shower, toilet, and second sink can be closed off by a door. The mirror above the sink is now a tombstone shape with built-in lighting. The walls around the mirror are now plain white, whereas previously this area had some gray and white wallpaper. The cabinet below the sink has been painted a bright shade of blue.

Over by the shower area, it appears the mirror above this second sink has also been updated in a similar style to the first. The shower itself has a sliding glass door with new rectangular tiles. Some of the additional fixtures, such as the towel rail and shelf above the toilet, are now black instead of silver.
