Hong Kong Disneyland announced details of their 2025 holiday celebrations including a new Cinderella Carousel seasonal overlay.
Disney Christmas Celebration with Frozen Characters

After the debut of holiday offerings in World of Frozen last year, Frozen characters will once again lead the festivities from November 14 through January 4. Kristoff will begin the party by unveiling an ice sculpture of Sven. Guests can enjoy magical snowfall plus Christmas decorations, snow-capped Christmas trees, and snowgies throughout World of Frozen.
A Holiday Wish-Come-True Tree Lighting Ceremony will return with a Frozen surprise, snowfall, and drones.
In Fantasyland, Cinderella Carousel will “twinkle with an all-new seasonal spin”. Ye Olde Christmas Market will return with gingerbread and Christmas cookies.
Santa Goofy and Disney Friends appear at Disney Christmas Live in Concert! The Hong Kong Children’s Choir will perform with Cantopop singers Jay Fung, YT Chau, and Alfred Hui. They will individually take the stage on three consecutive weekends from November 22 to lead performances of Disney songs. Magic Access members can start to reserve seats in the show’s designated seating area from September 16.
New Year’s Eve Countdown Party
On December 31, guests can ring in the new year with the New Year’s Eve Countdown Party “filled with music and festive cheer”. In addition to Momentous: Party in the Night Sky, guests can enjoy the New Year’s Eve Countdown Party Moment. Mickey and Friends will lead the countdown featuring pyrotechnics, new projections, and drones.
Year of the Horse
From January 30 to March 1, 2026, Bullseye from Toy Story will make a appearances in honor of the Year of the Horse. This “rootin’ tootin’ party” will be full of “playful surprises” as Bullseye shares his festive wishes.
These offerings coincide with the ongoing celebration of Hong Kong Disneyland’s 20th anniversary.
