Disney Dining Reservation Outage Also Affecting Disneyland

Following our report that the Walt Disney World dining reservation system is down, we confirmed that the outage is also affecting Disneyland Resort.

The system was down as of at least 6:48 a.m. ET on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. Guests attempting to make dining reservations for either Walt Disney World or Disneyland Resort are met by a blank white screen. Usually, technical issues would lead to a “Stitch ate the page” message or something similar featuring a character. The apps are sometimes showing guests a notice stating “we are unable to make or modify dining reservations online or over the phone.”

Disney has not stated a reason for the downtime.

We are still able to make mobile orders at quick-service restaurants, including for the new Evil Queen mug releasing at Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar today.
