The Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas Mayor Sipper is available all day to guests at Magic Kingdom. Previously it was only for guests attending the 2025 Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party.

The sipper depicts the fan-favorite Mayor of Halloweentown. The sipper itself is in the shape of a cone, with his shoulders making up the base.
It also features his rotating face. One side shows his rosy, beaming face. The other side features his tormented grimace.
The Mayor’s very tall hat sits on top of his head. At the very top, it opens up to reveal the sipper straw. If you twist the hat off, you’ll see the contents of your beverage.
Attached to the brim of his hat is a a detachable lanyard for easy carrying.
Now Available All Day
Previously, the Mayor Sipper was only available at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe during Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party hours (7 p.m. – midnight). Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party runs on select nights through October 31.
Now this spooky sipper is available all day, giving non-party guests the opportunity to purchase it as well. We spotted it being sold at Friar’s Nook in Fantasyland.
