Guests visiting Universal Orlando Resort for Thanksgiving will find a variety of meals being offered for the holiday.

Thanksgiving at Universal Islands of Adventure

Two three-course Thanksgiving dinner menus available for guests to enjoy.

Confisco Grille

For the first course, guests will have a choice between Butternut Squash Soup with roasted pepitas and crème fraîche and an Arugula and Spinach Salad made with spiced pecans, roasted golden beets, dried cranberries, goat cheese, and pomegranate vinaigrette.

Onto the second course: a plate of Herb Roasted Turkey and Sage Gravy, served with traditional wild mushroom stuffing, whipped potatoes, crispy Brussels sprouts with bacon and a brown sugar glaze, and orange-cranberry sauce.

Last, but not least, is the tasty house-made Pumpkin & Churro Bread Pudding served with cinnamon ice cream and warm salted caramel sauce.

Thunder Falls Terrace

At Thunder Falls Terrace, the first course comprises baby mixed greens, fresh pomegranate seeds, candied spiced pecans, dried cranberries, and a pomegranate vinaigrette.

The second course comes complete with Herb Roasted Turkey and Sage Gravy, wild mushroom stuffing, mashed gold potatoes, roasted Brussels sprouts and root vegetables, and orange-cranberry sauce.

Finally, guests can enjoy a house-made Pumpkin Pie served with a creamy caramel sauce.

Lombard’s Seafood Grille

For the first course, guests can choose between a delicious Butternut Squash Bisque with crème fraîche and pumpkin seeds or the Holiday Salad made with goat cheese, maple syrup, and balsamic vinegar dressing, beets, candied pecans, mixed greens, and whole grain mustard.

Next comes the iconic holiday favorite, the Turkey Dinner, with roasted turkey breast, confit dark meat, sourdough bread and shiitake mushroom stuffing, gravy, roasted bourbon-glazed Brussels sprouts, smashed potatoes, and cranberry sauce.

This dish is also available in a kids’ portion.

Dessert at Lombard’s is an inventive take on a holiday classic: Deconstructed Pumpkin Cheesecake. This sweet consists of graham cracker crumbs, pumpkin spice sponge cake, maple pecans, pumpkin cheesecake, and salted caramel sauce.

Thanksgiving at Universal CityWalk

Even Universal CityWalk is in on the turkey day festivities. There are four different restaurants to choose from, with a classic option and three more creative ways to celebrate the feast.

Bigfire

It’s at Bigfire that you’ll find the classic Thanksgiving service with a three-course meal. For the first course comes the Winter Garden Salad. This dish is comprised of arugula, kale, frisée, local lettuce, sweet potato, poached apple, pomegranate seeds, pumpkin seeds, goat cheese, and a maple-Dijon vinaigrette.

Next comes the Turkey Feast Entrée with confit dark meat, brined-roasted turkey breast, sweet potato puree, cranberry-walnut cornbread stuffing, vine tomatoes, fresh beans almondine, cranberry-cara cara sauce, giblets, and sage velouté.

Then comes the final course with a S’mores Pumpkin Pie. This sweet dish is made with graham cracker dust, dark chocolate, marshmallows, and salted caramel.

This three-course Thanksgiving dinner will be available exclusively on November 27.

Bread Box Handcrafted Sandwiches

Step aside, whole roasted turkey, the Holiday Sandwich is here! It’s made with roasted turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, sage aioli, cranberry bread, and a side of gravy. This sandwich is available at Bread Box from November 22-29.

Voodoo Doughnut

Can’t get enough of the dessert portion of Thanksgiving dinner? Head over to Voodoo Doughnut to indulge in even more sweetness. From November 22 until the end of the month, the donut shop will have a special treat: Apple Crumble. This yeast donut is made with apple chunks, caramel icing, and apple crisp.

Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville

Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville has two new drinks to liven up the season, available from November 26-28: A Nutty Brew and The Golden Harvest. A Nutty Brew is made with dark rum, amaretto liqueur, Irish crème liqueur, and coffee liqueur, while The Golden Harvest is a mix of whiskey, orange triple sec, orange and cranberry juices, and bitters.
