The tree displays from previous years features a variety of themes and characters throughout the Disney catalogue, including Duffy and Friends, Mickey and Minnie, Chip and Dale, Frozen, Lilo and Stitch, and Pixar’s Toy Story, The Incredibles, and Inside Out.

As outlined in the post, new series joining the roster this year include Monsters, Inc, Up, and Peter Pan.

Inspired by the three stars of Monsters, Inc, this tree features Mike, Sulley, and Boo alongside an appropriately quirky, monster-fied Christmas tree, topped with the film’s iconic scream/laugh canister. The plaque on the display reads: “What’s better than a scare? A surprise, of course! Everybody on the Scare Floor has “decked the halls” for a laugh-filled holiday surprise!”

Moving on to another beloved trio from Pixar, we have Carl, Russell, and Dug from Pixar’s Up – though it looks like Kevin emerging from tree makes this a quartet. Featuring a slightly more traditional-looking tree compared to Monsters, Inc, this tree is adorned a variety of decorative bulbs, framed photographs, and many Wilderness Explorer badges. The tree is topped with a large bundle of balloons reminiscent of those that whisk Carl’s home away in the film.

The plaque on the display reads: “Carl and Russell have trimmed their Christmas tree with a colorful array of balloons and Wilderness Explorer badges. Adventures is out there, so let’s all travel to Paradise Falls and celebrate the holidays with Kevin!”

Peter Pan – Disneytown Tree

Last but not least, this Peter Pan tree features a beautiful array of color and a great amount of detail in the smaller ornamentation. Peter and Tinker Bell are featured prominently, with other characters including Captain Hook, Tick Tock the Crocodile, and the Darling children appearing on smaller decor pieces throughout. The tree is topped with a gold model of Hook’s ship, and the plaque on display reads: Peter Pan and Tinker Bell have decided to celebrate the magical warmth of the holiday season with beautiful tokens from some of their most unforgettable adventures!”
