Update 12/31/25: WDWNT has been informed that the Cast Member is recovering, and Disney’s safety team is reviewing the incident. The show will be performed at its normal times.
In a post on Reddit, a cast member is seen getting knocked to the ground by a runaway boulder while protecting guests at the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular! at Hollywood Studios.

In the stunt show, there is a reenactment of the well-known scene from the beginning of the movie Raiders of the Lost Ark, where Indiana Jones is chased by a boulder after triggering the booby trap by removing the golden idol.
In the video, you can see how the boulder used in the show leaves the track and heads towards the crowd. A cast member then steps in, protecting guests and stops the boulder from entering the crowd.
In doing so, it appears the cast member misjudges the force of the oncoming prop and takes an unexpected direct hit and falls forcefully to the ground. He is helped up very slowly by other cast members, indicating a potential injury.
No further details are available at this time, and no statement has been released by Disney.
