As Christmas week and the New Year approach, Walt Disney World Resort’s Lightning Lane Premier, Multi, and Single Passes are getting more expensive.

The prices for the Lightning Lane Premier Pass fluctuate depending on the Disney World theme park. However, we noticed prices increasing as we approach Christmas, especially at Magic Kingdom, where the passes are currently unavailable from December 20 to 25, 2025.

Overall, the prices start increasing at the start of Christmas week and then begin to drop off around January 3, 2026.

Magic Kingdom

Out of the four theme parks, Magic Kingdom has the most expensive Lightning Lane Premier Passes, but also the most attractions. For December 18 and 19, prices are still $399. However, December 26 through January 4, the prices shift between $429 and $449 for the day, increasing by $50 on some days from the current price. They drop off little by little from there.

  • $399: December 18, 19
  • $429: December 27, January 4
  • $449: December 26, 28, 29, 30, 31; January 1, 2, 3
  • Sold Out: December 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25

Lightning Lane Multi Passes are still available for all remaining days in December and into the New Year. Prices vary from $32-$45. The highest priced days at $45 are December 24-26 and the 31.

Single Passes for Seven Dwarfs Mine Train are also still available on all days for $13-$15. TRON Single Passes are also available on all days for $21-$23.

EPCOT

The holiday price increases at EPCOT are much less significant. The price only rises from today’s $229 to $239 or $249 over the course of the holiday week. It drops back down to $239 again on January 5, 2026, and decreases incrementally from there. As of today, the only day the Lightning Lane Premier Pass is sold out at EPCOT is December 20, 2025.

  • $229: December 18
  • $239: December 19, 21, 22
  • $249: December 23, 24, 25, 26, 28, 29, 30, 31; January 1, 2, 3
  • Sold Out: December 20

Lightning Lane Multi Passes are still available for the rest of December into early January. The prices range from $28-$37. The highest price at $37 is on December 24-25 and the 31st.

Single Passes for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind are also still available for December and early January. Those prices range from $20-$22.

Hollywood Studios

Hollywood Studios follows a similar slight price increase trend as EPCOT. It jumps from today’s $329 price to between $339 and $349 during Christmas week and up to January 3, 2026. It lowers from there, though it does go back up to $339 on January 8, 2026. The only sold-out date for the Lightning Lane Premier Pass as of this publishing is December 21, 2025.

  • $329: December 18
  • $339: December 19, 20, 22, 27
  • $349: December 24, 25, 26, 28, 29, 30, 31; January 1, 2, 3
  • Sold Out: December 21

Lightning Lane Multi Passes at Hollywood Studios are still available through the end of the year and into early January 2026. Prices here fluctuate more, from $29-$39. The highest cost days are December 24-25 and 31.

Single Passes for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance are also available for the rest of December into January. Those prices range from $22-$25.

Animal Kingdom

Animal Kingdom has the least expensive Lightning Lane Premier Passes and also the smallest holiday price increase. Today, December 18 through December 22, 2025, the prices stay steady at $189. They increase to $199 from December 23 to 26 and again from December 28 to January 3, 2026. After that, they decrease to just $159 by January 8.
