Ice Cold Hydraulics, which usually just sells snack food at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, has added a deli sandwich to their menu, giving guests a quick lunch or dinner food option. Read our review to see if it’s worth trying.

The sandwich is not listed on the online menu for Ice Cold Hydraulics. When we spoke to Cast Members about how long it would be here, they told us they believe the sandwich is here to stay. However, it’s not uncommon for snack kiosks to add more savory items during busy holiday weeks. Time will tell if this will be a more permanent fixture on the menu.
Deli Sandwich – $12.79
Capicola, mortadella, salami, sliced provolone, and spicy aïoli served with chips
This is a good, flavorful sandwich. The meats and cheeses are solid. What makes the sandwich better than average is the spicy aïoli, which pairs perfectly with the spices of the meats.
This is a good option for someone looking for a flavorful, filling item that isn’t too heavy. It might be a bit too spicy for some, but the chips help cut that heat.

Ice Cold Hydraulics
Ice Cold Hydraulics also serves cinnamon rolls, mini churros, Mickey pretzels, popcorn, cotton candy, ice cream treats, frozen slushies, beer, sodas, and more.
The stand is located in Grand Avenue, just outside the closed Muppets Courtyard near the Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge entrance. The stand opened in early 2024.
