Just when we thought the new Wicked items were done “for good,” a new Glinda-themed bubble-shaped brookie has arrived at Universal Studios Florida.

Glinda Bubble Brookie – $13

The brookie consists of a round cake on a cardboard base, wrapped with edible paper printed with the “Tap to Bubble” button. It’s topped with pink frosting, a white confectionery decoration printed with a photo of Glinda, and a pink candy “bubble” dome.

The dome is pink-tinted hard candy with no additional flavorings, so it’s just sweet. The edible paper was also questionable due to its texture — you really do feel like you’re eating paper.

As for the brookie itself, it’s a vanilla cake made with almond flour. It’s moist and tastes fine; it’s nothing special. The bright pink frosting is just vanilla flavored.

Would we ever get this again? No. But it’s pretty for sure!
